Great product, great service and a big shout out to James for his help. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering this softener for delivery to Greece - but needn't have been, delivery was handled efficiently and a small problem with the inner tank was sorted out very quickly. I'm one of those who don't usually leave reviews but the overall sevice I received deserved 5-star feedback from this satisfied customer; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend EMWC

I spoke to a very helpful man on the phone and I ordered my water softener from him. He told me it was easy to fit. I decided to use a plumber to fit it as I am not acquaint with softeners. There was an issue with the sensor and after my plumber had been here for almost 2 hours, he couldn’t get it to work. He had to return for another hour to fit the replacement sensor and run the softener system to make sure it worked. Altogether a Very Expensive experience. A shame as it all started so well!

I only started experiencing issues with this company last year — prior to that, I’d never had any problems. Last year I was sent the wrong filters, which was eventually corrected. Unfortunately, the same mistake happened again this year, and even after reporting it, another incorrect set was dispatched. A plumber had already begun fitting the unit assuming the parts were correct, so I’ve had to pay for him to come out twice. I appreciate that the call-out cost isn’t directly their fault, but it was still an inconvenience caused by their error. What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability: they didn’t seem concerned and simply told me I’d receive a £6 refund for the price difference — which I still haven’t received. I’ve also emailed about this and haven’t had any response. Overall, the customer service has been disappointing.

EMW took over the company that I have bought my water filters from for many years, so I hoped they would continue to be good value. The second filter we bought developed a rare fault and they have been very quick to replace it, so I feel happy to continue buying from them.

I bought a water filter and tap many years ago. It needs to be replaced every three years. This company is invariably easy to deal with. Every order is delivered promptly, any queries are dealt with efficiently and very pleasantly. It is clear to me that they hold customer satisfaction as a core value.
I bought a new tap four months ago which began to malfunction recently. When I contacted them I was given a new tap with minimal fuss and with their usual friendly manner.

Had a little leak from one of the filters I bought of this company. But the way they have dealt with it was top notch. They asked me for a photo of the leak and then after that, a new was sent out in the post to replace the faulty filter. I also lost a nut when installing the filter they sorted me one of those as well. Today the same member of staff has called me to check that I have received the item and to check that the nut was popped in the package. Bloody Awesome customer service. What a refreshing change !!!!

Machine was delivered very promptly and fitted to existing connections, No problems but I had to query one aspect as I didn't understand that the machine had an auto-regeneration system. Great service and nice people to deal with.

Next Day Delivery and the Black Friday sale was a genuine deal unlike most nowadays. Everything was there. Can't complain. I know I can rely on them when I need filter replacements.

Great advise in the planning of what we needed for our 4 bed house. fitted filter and softener at mains incomer so all water is treated.
had it running a couple of weeks, the cleanliness of the water is startling, what have we been drinking!! the softness of the water can be seen by the minimal stains on chrome, stainless and porcelain!!!! have recommended to friends, but they have yet to see it
