EMS 15 from EMWC. This is my 3rd water softener from EMWC and once again I very happy with it. After asking for advice from the lady on the end of the phone. I decided to upgrade from EML15 to EMS 15, and what a difference it has made with my water flow . I know my last 2 failed with age, which is expected. This upgrade is beyond my expectation of the results I would see from the water flow. No more shower turning to a dribble when someone turns a tap on, or flushes a toilet within the house. I purchased my water softener from East Midlands Water Company Limited last year and have been using their salt subscription service ever since. The service has been excellent, deliveries are always on time, and the quality of the salt is consistently high. Highly recommended.

The response from your staff answered all my questions and solved my problem quickly . They were friendly and successful upsold their products.

Check with a plumber before you make any purchases. Even on products they claim you don't need a plumber for.

This is because this company will provide usage and advice to you which they cannot and should not do - as every house is unique. If you find what you bought isn't fit for purpose based on their advice - you will have to deal with Becky in their returns team (who I hope gets fired after this).

Not only does Becky not do what her superiors tell her, she breaks the law, discriminates, and withholds money at will. Reading through reviews, it's clear she has a pattern of this behaviour and feels entitled to speak to customers in this manner.

Had I not escalated and left a series of negative reviews and had a witness to back me up - Becky would have stolen over £388 of my money.

Lucky the company is also supported by wonderful people like James who were able to quickly resolve the problem and apologise.

I have no doubt their products are great, but please check before you order!

I bought my first water filter from EMWC about 8 years ago, and have replaced the filter twice since then. The original installation needed a plumber to install the tap (some people might be able to install this themselves, but the filter replacement is easy and doesn't require a plumber. The water tastes SO much better, the metallic and chlorinated taste is gone. In fact, I was so impressed, that I bought one for my son and then for my daughter when they bought their own houses. The water quality and taste are significantly improved by the installation of the water filter. Definitely worth the investment, and definitely worth subscribing to EMWC's payment plan for replacement filters every 3 years. I highly recommend this product!

The salt arrived in very poor condition which I accept is an issue with the courier rather than the supplier. Will consider canceling if next order is received in the same condition.

We bought a softener and whole house filter when we met EMWC at the Home Building and Renovation Show. The equipment arrived earlier than expected and was very well packaged. We had a slight issue with one of the valves in the connection kit but after a friendly call with the office and technical team replacements arrived the next morning. We cannot fault the help, service or equipment provided.

Glad I found the filters
I was told these filters were no longer made and I was delighted to find them on your website. They were dispatched on time and I even got a free water bottle. What’s not to like they’re a little more expensive than the ones I used to get, but at least you stock them. Thank you.

Great product, great service and a big shout out to James for his help. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering this softener for delivery to Greece - but needn't have been, delivery was handled efficiently and a small problem with the inner tank was sorted out very quickly. I'm one of those who don't usually leave reviews but the overall sevice I received deserved 5-star feedback from this satisfied customer; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend EMWC
