The sales experience was really good and the chap was very helpful and provided lots of advice. Water filter arrived on time and the experience was great!
After sales I called as I wasn’t sure of the installation instructions which didn’t make sense. I’m not a plumber so this was my first attempt. The elder guy I interacted with on the phone was getting impatient when I tried to explain to him what I was seeing from my side and even explained that there appeared to be a push fit connector to the filter and how would I connect the new filter. To be honest I had no idea as I said I was a complete novice. Rather than reassure me that there was nothing to worry or even let’s got through the steps he was rude enough to say to me that in the last 27 years the filters they have sold don’t have what I was describing! Great customer service!
It’s people like him let the side down. It seems that the company is ready to be sweet as pie when making a sale to get your custom but treat you like crap post sale! Such a pity really…
I will try again with this company to see if there is any improvement before I take my business elsewhere. This is the second time it’s happened to me. I believe in 3 strikes and then I move on…

Having cancelled an order prior to dispatch as we found the product elsewhere cheaper and having this acknowledged by them in email on Jan 23rd we are still waiting some 20 days latter for our refund.

After realising i needed to change the membrane on my 5 stage filter system. I rang east midlands water company which is where it came from. I spoke to Harry he sent out a New one which arrived next day there service is outstanding. Iv'e had the system for 2 years and never looked back the service was the same then ordered on wed received thur fitted friday

The fact that we were contacted alerted us to the need to change the cylinder, so that was good.

We were very pleased how we able to place our order and had our delivery so quick.

Thanks for your reply ,, if someone is going to pick up the damaged water softener ,please let us know when ,, there’s no point me writing to the email address as u suggested as no one gets back to me anyway, so if you would be as kind enough to let me know when they are going to pick it up I’ll make sure we’re about,.
Then you can do your investigation as to what went wrong with the product ,,

When I phoned I found your staff member very knowledgeable about 3 way kitchen taps. He helpfully placed the order for me. (Delivery was understandably delayed by Christmas and New Year holidays).

Having reseached a replacement filter tap I got great advice friom Emma at EMWC which confirmed my choice.

Really friendly and helpful staff on the phone. Easy to navigate website. Only concern was delivery driver didn't give me enough time to answer my door and came round the back (again before I could pre-empt him) abd lobbed the package over the fence!! Thankfully it had been well packed and I don't think any lasting damage has been done.
Great company, hopefully one occasion an impatient FedEx agent!!
