The absolute worst place to get extensions from, Colour was black when my hairs dark brown/gingery tints. Customer services was absolute trash to! will never ever use said company again.

Hair was matted in a day
Hair was matted in a day, even as I was trying to separate it out the package it was knotted, the ends had the burnt extension texture about them like they’d been straightened at a high heat and melted. 2 days and they’re like horse hair. 0/10
