I purchased off Easi locks online and between the price and efficiency alone the service was amazing I bought some robes for my friends as they getting married they are amazing, I also purchased some marble pillow cases they were so so discounted I wasn’t sure and they are so good and the colour is fantastic,I bought some bits for my hair and have to say it’s all really reasonably priced practically giving the stuff away, I also did the click and collect as I only live a few minutes away and it was so handy all in all I’ll definitely be a returning customer thank you easilocks xxx

As if I know these guys personally- I text them about a question and they answer so quickly and friendly . The. Service is totally amazing. You don’t have to wait for ages they reply straight away. I’ve just ordered my 4th topper with some magic spray . Very happy with both . My 4th topper is a slightly lighter shade and great for this weather as looks as if been sun kissed. I don’t feel over hot wearing my topper as it feels so natural. About to order some shampoo. Also later in the year going to Australia and they said they send packages out there too❤️❤️❤️❤️

I saw a video clip of the upart wig being fitted and thought it looked easy so I purchased one.its good quality and looks nice but its hard to fit with the 2 tightning straps and the pull string strap and all the clips. Maybe a bit of practise will make it eaaier

Customer service has been very helpful eventually.

The synthetic hair is not what I expected- like shein equivalent. It will be very tangled with just one wear. I have many superior synthetic hair pieces, and this easilocks one just doesn't come close for the cost. Disappointed I won't be wearing it, it just doesn't suit my needs.

You have replied saying email returns.

I emailed you the day I received the piece, and two days ago, still no response. However the returns manager Orlaith emailed me and offered me a gift returned voucher for the amount of which I paid so I'm very happy to be acknowledged.

The topper itself was almost seamless once I had dyed my hair to try and match the darker than anticipated colour. 2 of the clips has also come off in the hour that I tried it out. Aside from that though I don't think anyone would realize I were wearing a hair piece, so I have ordered another 1 in a lighter colour as I do think with adjustments it will work well.

Delivery to NZ was super quick.

Wigs are excellent customer services are good. But complete shambles. I ordered 2 WIGS as on sale. Then ordered 3rd one day later. Get notification saying the 3rd wig was on its way. So text asking why my first order was not being sent out. Turns out although I ordered and paid for them 1 was out of stock. Even though website said they had 2 left. If I had not got in touch to ask why my first order not sent I be still waiting. They should have notified me not me chase them. Did get a refund but as new customer put me off using them.

Great selection, amazing quality of hair and the clip in pony’s are so use to use. I have 5 now 😅. Also bought several different band head and superstar pieces of the years. The best value and delivery so fast. Love Easilocks. ❤️👏
