I am still waiting on several replies regarding not receiving one of the wigs I ordered.
It is a Shame as this is the only aspect I feel let down about.
My items were beautifully packaged , arrived quickly and the quality and also fit of the wig is amazing . The shampoo smells absolutely beautiful. Please help me sort this out !

Unfortunately I did not like the way the wig goes straight back from the band . It did not sit properly and looked very false.
I have ordered another style im sure will suit me better. Id recommend this company for quick order dispatch also

I have bought so many if the extensions I wear them every day they make my fine hair so much easier to manage and don’t damage the hair
I just can’t be without them
I used to have permanent bonded extensions but I just don’t have the time to get maintenance
These are so much better and easier

I love easilocks but the clips couid be less abrasive on the scalp.
Also, a new three piece set of clip ins could include that little bit extra for the " dovetail" effect on the framing of the face.
Apart from that, beautiful good value hair extensionss. X

This is my first time buying a hairpiece of any kind at all.
I have always had long thick hair but I now have alopecia so am looking for something suitable to maintain my "thick hair" look.
This piece is absolutely beautiful! For the price - especially as a 1st timer - it was a no brainer. The colour is a perfect match. The price is exceptional for such a luxury piece. I am learning as I go and unfortunately this is not suitable for my age and specific needs but its so beautiful I am donating it to my hairdresser so that she can offer it free of charge to a younger lady - maybe even a bride! I will definitely be buying from you again.

I was told I could get a refund then once I requested one I was only offered a credit note. Not the same thing.
Tried the wig as I had to keep it. Horrible colour and itchy. Won’t be coming back definitely don’t recommend.

Bought the headband wig. It looks like plastic hair and sheds a lot.

I so wanted to love the upart wig 16inch. I waited for so long before ordering, had a colour match Whatsapp and finally pressed go. The delivery was quick and I was excited to try on. I checked the colour sample on outside and it was perfect. It states once the bag containing the wig is open it cannot be returned. No problem I thought colour is perfect. But little realize the quality was not. The combs stitched in were poorly installed. One protruded, out so very visible when wig on and the edge was rough and not covered with hair. Disaster. I reported to Easilocks and despite photos they said would have to be inspected by factory before they would make a decision to refund. So I returned at my own cost and will update my review when I get a response but for now I would say, save your money and go elsewhere.

I was colour matched via WhatsApp and provided the PERFECT shade, I get so many compliments on the shade match or people thinking that my extensions are my real hair. I love the different length ponytails but my winner is definitely the U-part wig. I have bought 2 of these, they are super easy to put in and comfortable for all day wear. Easilocks is 100% my go-to for hair. Thank you!

Great, really helpful customer care. Had bought the clips ins-however they were slightly too dark. I was then given advice and the right colours that would suit better. It is always a great quality product. Have used both clip ins and tapes:)

What an exceptional brand. Quality of the HD fibre hair is awesome and the price point (sale) made it accessible for me. I purchased 3 styles on a whim, and was a little apprehensive waiting for the arrival. However, brilliant packaging, quality A+, advice notes (just what you need to know and simple language). You have a customer for life. To others, thinking about purchasing, do not hesitate.

I am a regular , just need to be easier to wear after the first use as they tangle in legit a tiny bit of wind 🙈 wish I didn’t have to keep purchasing every time I have a night out :)

I bought the Easilocks Wavy Ponytail after reading repeated claims on the website that “Easilocks extensions are ethically sourced. 100% Remy hair.” At no point on the product page did I see a clear statement that this ponytail was synthetic rather than human hair.

Based on the information presented, I genuinely believed I was purchasing a human hair extension. When it arrived and I opened it, I was extremely disappointed to discover it looked and felt synthetic. It is far shinier and less natural than I expected, and not what I would have bought had the material been made clear.

For a product costing around £30, I expected much better transparency. If this ponytail is made from HD fibre or any other synthetic material, that should be stated clearly and prominently on the product page, rather than relying on customers to discover it after purchase.

I can’t return it because it has been opened, so I’ve been left with a product I wouldn’t have bought if the description had been clear. I hope Easilocks reviews the way these products are described so other customers can make an informed choice.
