Vastaus yritykseltä e-tradecounter
Thank you for your review, we have taken a look into your order and we can see that UPS attempted a delivery on Friday 11th as requested but it was marked "The receiver was not available at the time of the first delivery attempt. A second attempt will be made." They should have 'carded' you to inform you of this, obviously if they didn't we can only apologise on their behalf.
Excellent service
Easy to order and was received quickly. Had what I wanted and price to reasonable - service good. Would use again.

2 x Sunhouse electric wall heaters
Both heaters are excellent - good heat, completely silent (no moving parts, and no expansion/contraction creaking) and look good too.
Service from e-tradecounter was very good. Quick, painless, kept informed. No complaints at all.

I highly recommend them. I bought two items and made a mistake in the order therefore the item did not fit my appliance. The customer service department were fantastic. I returned the item and full refund was given. The whole thing went very smoothly without a hitch. I completely trust this company and would have no hesitation to buy again from them.
