e-tradecounter Arvostelua

Good range of products in stock, well packaged and fast delivery.

They could not find the item i had ordered

service was great but delivery was a disaster. you should not use dpd. they told me it would be left in the porch and then told me that "porch" had signed for it. I looked everywhere and couldn't find it, phoned dpd and they told me it was in the front porch.
I then got the parcel from my neighbour who found it 2 days later in his postbox.
Dpd could ruin your reputation.

Great customer service. The young lady i dealt with was extremely
Helpful.

Don't waste your time.

Communication and product knowledge spot on.
Friendly interactive sales staff.
Delivery time as promised.
Delivery cost acceptible and in accordance with alternative suppliers.

clear website - good delivery - job done but
the instructions are written in rubbish diagrams and multi lingo.
the diagrams were difficult for me to understand
the actual doing was easy.

Great price and quick delivery. What more can you ask for. Beats Amazon!

I bought 3 small link cables for some under cabinet lighting. These were discontinued by the manufacturer some time ago so searched the internet and managed to find some on the e-tradecounter website. I called to check they had them in stock which they did, so went ahead and ordered but the cost of postage was exorbitant! £12.00 to send 3 small link leads. So not only are these people making a profit on the goods they sell but also making a fat profit on the postage!!

as above excellent

Item slightly damaged in transit (cosmetic) and customer service were excellent in sorting the issue and accommodating me. Would recommend.

Did my order on telephone & found it easy & straightforward The person I spoke to was polite & pleasant The item didn't arrive in the time frame so rang the company & was assured the item had been dispatched She said that she would contact the courier & ring me back This she did & there had been a problem at the couriers depot & told it would be delivered to me on Monday ( this being late Friday afternoon) The item was duly delivered on Monday Although there was a delay it was dealt with speedily & effectively by the lady at e- tradecounter No hesitation in recommending this company based on my experience

An easy to navigate website and not difficult to find product with capacity to ask questions! Very good for a non-technical person.
