Excellent service. Polite, thorough engineer. Cleared and cleaned up area under kitchen sink and kitchen floor. It was a difficult unblocking of the waste pipe as the blockage was some distance along a pipe with many twists and bends.

Very professional and at a reasonable charge
Josh, who came to inspect our drains, was very professional and explained the steps he was undertaking and showed us the camera footage so we could see for ourselves what was happening.
Fortunately things were all ok and the fact that we could see what was happening gave up peace of mind that all is ok

5 star drain unblocking
Super prompt response, Daniel was courteous, friendly, knew his drains, gave me some very useful advice about how to keep the drains flowing and solved the problem immediately. He solved the problem at hand without trying to sell me add-ons or unnecessary extras. I knew what I'd be paying upfront which was reassuring too.
A massive shout out to Daniel Glynn, you are an asset to Dynorod and Chrisina (?) who dealt with my booking from the office was lovely- saved me some money by suggesting an earlier call out rather than the evening slot - thank you!
