Great service
Daniel arrived within the expected time and got straight to work. He quickly located the problem in the drain and explained what he needed to do. The whole thing was sorted - and he cleaned up afterwards. Really happy with the service and would definitely call you again.

My engineer (Justin) called ahead to let me know he was on his way, and was incredibly polite and friendly when he arrived. He was very efficient, fixed the problem and made thorough checks to ensure that the problem was completely solved.

Two lovely guys, Fred & Charlie from Dyno Rod came to fix my sink today. Super polite, efficient and very friendly. They put on protective shoes and they cleaned up after themselves. They even gave me some tips on how to look after my drains. Would highly recommend.

My engineer Jake was absolutely lovely
My engineer Jake was absolutely lovely. He was friendly, engaging and very knowledgeable.
He was also very helpful, providing advice on maintenance and ensuring our water flows smoothly.
The service was fast and reliable a nd I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend
Highly recommend. Easy to book online for external drain unblocking. Had great communication from the office and engineer on the morning of our appointment to keep me informed. Our engineer Justin was friendly, knowledgable and gave us all the required information about the issue, cause and a speedy resolution. As well as a follow up information and report. Much appreciated and I would definitely use dyno-rod again.

Outside Drain Blocked
1st contact 10.30 on a Sunday morning. Job booked in to clear our outside drain for later the same day. Engineer turned up around 4pm and job all completed in 30 minutes. Really great job, all drains now working as they should. Highly recommend.

Hi Dyno-Rod service Team
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for your prompt assistance in clearing our clogged bath, Toilet and Sink on Friday 22/05/26. This is the second time I used Dyno-Rod and I believe Daniel Came before to our property when we had the same issue on 30/04/26 and cleared the clogged Bath, Sink and Toilet unfortunately this happened again for unknown reasons.
This time Sam also joined with Danial. Plumbing issues are never fun to deal with but both handled it so quickly and professionally.
As I have to mention that our property is Midterraced house and the Toilet downpipe is in oakwood position but both handled this clocked pipe issue efficiently. In addition both of you made sure that our shared alleyway manhole pipe was cleared as well.
Also I have to mention before they came to my property they called me and updated their estimated arrival time as well. As this clearly shows their punctuality.
Your hard work saved the day and thank you for our Bathroom back to normal efficiently.
I take this opportunity to recommend that anyone wants to use Dyno-Rod fast and efficient services specially the talented service Engineers Sam and Dan.

Thanks to Dyno for coming around and…
Thanks to Dyno for coming around and clearing the blockage of our drain especially as this was a follow-up to the problem we had a few weeks ago so this was goodwill gesture to help us out. We do need some remediation work doing to our drainage system so for them to come around and do this was much appreciated.
