Dyno-Rod - South Central Scotland Arvostelua

The receptionist advised me when to expect the engineer to arrive and she advised me about payment. The engineer was punctual, respectful and efficient. The couple concerned were happy with the work carried out.

Great, quick service with 40 minutes’ warning of arrival. Good explanation of the problem and how to avoid another call out in the future. Thanks.

I live rurally and have a septic tank. A couple of days ago I noticed the tank was blocked and despite my heroic (🤮) efforts I couldn't clear it.

Called Dynorod and scheduled for tomorrow (Saturday), but they called this morning (Friday) to say they could come out today. Chap called Darren did the job (pardon the pun) and cleared the inlet to the tank that was causing the blockage. He also explained what to look out for in future to avoid reoccurrence.

Much appreciated the work and the guidance. Thanks Dynorid

James did a great job of unblocking my drain. Fingers crossed it’ll stay unblocked for years. He worked efficiently and, obviously, effectively. I’m glad I chose Dyno-rod and can only say I’d definitely recommend them. They keep in touch with you from beginning to end. Thank you for a job well done.

I booked Dyno-rod since this is the second time this year my outside drain has backed up. The first time I chose a local company who charged a bit less but the drain backed up again after 4-5 months. I decided to use a larger, National company to get some peace of mind and assurances. The website said that I would get a full explanation of the cause and guidance on how to prevent further blockages. The guy however, turned up, flushed the drain and left without any explanation or guidelines. I did get a 90 day warranty but no peace of mind that it won't happen again outwith the warranty period.

Excellent service, from initial call, attended quickly, sorted out problem on the same day. Great team, thank you well done

We tried ourselves in the rain and with a ladel to clear our drains with little effect. Remembered Dynorod and went online easy to navigate and book. Amazing same day service fully serviced and cleared. New expression "Should a gone to Dynorod"]

From initial contact to resolution of the problem I was unable to fault Dyno-Rod. Excellent service.

The gentleman who came out to unblock our drain was so professional. He responded quickly, was very helpful in detailing our problem and cleared the blockage perfectly.

Engineer was efficient and helpful. Pleasant and courteous and was obviously very experienced at what he does.

Great helpful service, engineer was first class and fixed the problem in no time thanks !!!!

Great service the engineer persivered until he resolved the problem. No hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks

The engineer explained clearly what he was going to do to investigate and resolve the problem. He updated us on his progress at each stage of the process, talking us through the stages in a courteous and easily understood manner. On completion, everything was left clean and tidy. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Excellent service- the person who came to do the job understood the problem. We had 2 people in before to unblock the sinks but they were not able to identify the issue. We are very pleased with how smoothly the job was done and to a very good standard

Excellent service from the engineer that visited. Worked with care and identified the problem quickly. Made sure that I understood why was happening and my next steps should we have problems in the future.

Dyno- rod was excellent to deal with a household emergency. Found the representatives excellent very reassuring couldn’t complete the job first time needed an extra person arranged time for following day . But dealt with immediate issues safe to leave until arrival as expected next day. Resolved the problem helpful regarding securing future issues. Would recommend to anyone for prompt service friendly assistance and job well done . Jamie an asset to the company 👍.
