Fraser turned up on date and time to fix my soil drain issue which I had partly excavated. The guy was very friendly and courteous throughout. Quickly identified the problem and repaired it professionally and speedily. I would highly recommend Fraser and the Dyno team.

Great service unblocking my drain
Great service unblocking my drain. Was really quick and efficient and also gave clear view of what was going on and how to handle it if sane happened in future. Booking was super easy followed up by a call and info on cost. Got call ahead of arrival. Turned up as stated and got on with the job. Excellent service ice. Couldn’t recommend enough on peace of mind alone! 👍

Really professional outfit
Really professional outfit. Clear and concise with all the relevant information. The roads around my area were carnage but the plumber got through and cleared the blockage minutes. Excellent service and well worth the extra expense. Would definitely recommend

We had 2 blockages within 4 weeks both…
We had 2 blockages within 4 weeks both were cleared after the first attendance I had to clear it several times before it became impossible hence the second attendance. It was recommended that a camera inspection be carried out to try and establish the problem.
This was organised at a considerable cost as the first 2 visits were carried under home emergency insurance.
The camera inspection did not reveal any problems with the drains and it was suggested that initial jetting did not fully clear the blockage.
All the operatives attended timeously and carried their job.
Had the camera been used on the first visit it may have revealed that the blockage was not completely cleared

Blocked kitchen drain
Dynorod came to the house on 3 separate occasions to try to find the source of a blockage somewhere in the drain pipe from our kitchen sink. They always called before arriving and turned up when expected.
Unfortunately whilst the drain was running much better after the third attempt it soon blocked again and we called them back out within the guarantee period.
Due to the complicated history with little resolve, Willie the manager and a colleague came out to re assess the situation. They went above and beyond using every bit of equipment at their disposal including a metal detector to finally find the fault which was a broken pipe due to an old fence being relocated and concrete shattering the pipe. An appt was made for the repair within the week and all is now running smoothly thanks to Fraser who did a fantastic job.
I would not hesitate to recommend

Really helpful and thorough
They contacted me to let me know they were on their way and would be here within the hour. Turned up when expected.
Guy was friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. In the end he couldn't find a blockage but he tried everything, showed me the pipes running clear, explained what he was doing - really thorough and has given me really useful information. I was charged less than expected as there was no blockage to clear. I've had two plumbers out already and got way more info from Dyno-rod. Next time I'll call them first.

So, hummed and hawed before calling for recurring drain problems. We have a septic tank system which has blocked a few times. Called at 1500. Lady sad they would ve out same day £190, but she called back a bit later saying if today would be out of hours at £235 or next day at original charge. Took the former and Darren duly arrived at 2000. He was hardworking and thorough as well as patiently explaining the issue to me as well as some details of the system I hadn’t appreciated. I had assumed the blockage was between house and septic tank. Which it was. It the cause was revealed to be a sludged up soakaway, which he patiently cleared. All left very tidy. Good job well done. So glad I called

Blocked drain
We had a blocked drain and have had issues in the past due to a dip in the pipe. We were lucky to get Brian out from Dynorod and he got rid of the blockage. He was very polite and efficient and clearly explained where our problem lay. Well done Brian I wish all tradesmen were as thorough and diligent
