I discovered I had a water leak last night.
I contacted British Gas who have sent me George from Dyno-Rod.
What a great guy very friendly very professional and fixed my leak.
Easy as that would definitely recommend using these guys.

Had an emergency call out due to a leak coming through my ceiling light fitting below my bathroom. Within a couple of hours Charlie Page arrived. He identified the problem immediately and it was quickly resolved. He was very polite and friendly and left every looking like brand new. Would highly recommend.

After an initial struggle to get a quote to fix my downstairs toilet I finally manage to make progress. Called for a third time and this time success! Someone came out to quote later the same day, I accepted the price and the same engineer arrived first thing the following morning to carry out the repair.

Well my toilet had been difficult to flush and then the lever you use to operate the flush broke.Anthony from Dyno-Rod arrived at the time promised, ensured my carpets remained clean by donning shoe covers .He then proceeded to replace the inner workings of my old cistern with new parts .He explained the work he'd completed removed the debris and left the bathroom in good order.

Had a new radiator fitted and water was all over my new carpet of less than 2 weeks. The guy lied and said it was a bottle of water he spilled and then added that he had told me, which he hadn't.not atall happy with the service

So, let’s start by saying that I could not speak any higher of the chap who came today and was the most professional tradesman I have had the pleasure to meeting in a very long while.

We had a water leak from the main system in the loft and put in an emergency call to British Gas last night. They stated they would get someone out to us today but it was an all day appointment. Well, Kishmar arrived just after midday and went straight to work. Not only was he very polite but he found the issue and added an isolation value to the system - just in case we ever had an issue and could then turn it off in the loft - and all with a smile.

The service he gave was second to none and he really did showcase his trade at its best.

Whilst chatting to Kishmar it was clear that he took pride in his work and in his own words “I work as if I’m working in my own house” which was a pleasure to hear.

All in all this was an exceptional experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services again.

Michael arrived on time very quickly found out the problem which meant he had to go out and get a part,he returned very quickly and had soon fitted it and everything working fine again, he was very polite and kept us informed all the time,thank you.

Friendly and knowledgable plumber, identified mains leak and made all the necessary arrangements with the water company and contractor to get the repair sorted.

A plumber by the name Charlie Page from DYNO-ROD came to investigate the source of water leaking into my downstairs toilet ceiling light. He was able to quickly identify the source of the leak. The leak was coming from my immersion cylinder upstairs in the airing cupboard. He was able to remedy the leak quickly. He explained everything clearly to me. He was courteous and friendly. I was very happy with the work he did.
