Michael arrived on time very quickly found out the problem which meant he had to go out and get a part,he returned very quickly and had soon fitted it and everything working fine again, he was very polite and kept us informed all the time,thank you.

Friendly and knowledgable plumber, identified mains leak and made all the necessary arrangements with the water company and contractor to get the repair sorted.

A plumber by the name Charlie Page from DYNO-ROD came to investigate the source of water leaking into my downstairs toilet ceiling light. He was able to quickly identify the source of the leak. The leak was coming from my immersion cylinder upstairs in the airing cupboard. He was able to remedy the leak quickly. He explained everything clearly to me. He was courteous and friendly. I was very happy with the work he did.

Charlie the engineer came to replace my old radiator and throughout his visit he was friendly, very clean and tidy, did a thorough job and was respectful, helpful and professional at all times. Very pleased with the service received and now looking forward to having a warm living room this next winter. Booked the job with British Gas but Charlie was from Dyno-Rod therefore would certainly have no problem in recommending Dyna-Rod for any Plumbing and Heating work.

I was delighted with engineer Clarence’s help today. He immediately identified the problem with my toilet cistern not flushing and explained it to me. He quickly sorted it out and checked all was working well. He also had a look at my kitchen cold tap and eased the problem, advising me on future steps. Clarence is skilled, has a friendly manner and good customer skills.
