Dyno-Rod - Lincolnshire & Hull Arvostelua

Called Dyno-rod came out next day to find a covered up drain that was blocked they used a camera ,and located the drain and where I needed to be excavating . Saved me a load of guess work they was bang on .

Super quick response, very friendly and professional approach. Solved the issue quickly and even gave some advice on how to avoid moving forwards. Highly recommended!

Excellent service

They were excellent I had problems under the downstairs shower I have had four call-outs and only charged for one so I would recommend them to anyone that has problems with water or sewerage Mathew came today and put cameras and rods to find the problem A very nice guy Thanks

Overall a rapid, comprehensive and easy to use service. Engineer kept us updated all way through the visit and went the extra mile to do the best job he could.

Absolutely fantastic job, Matthew Scott even went above and beyond to clean up excess waste water.

Great fast service, really friendly and sorted the issue. Price is expensive but I found the issue at 8pm on a night they were there 9am the next morning. Would definitely use again you get what you pay for and I’m very happy

Very prompt and professional. I would recommend Dyno-Rod to all. Very satisfied

Very easy and helpful communication when booking an operator. Operator arrived promptly. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t waste any time at all. Jet washed all blockages and checked water was flowing freely. Then put a camera down the drain to look for any debris or damage, allowing me to see the screen too. I would thoroughly recommend Dyna Rod. Very helpful and thorough.

Very easy to book a visit to my commercial building. Kept informed as to delays. When on site, very efficient and helpful. Just what I need as a Building Manager

Very polite young man ,professional explained everything to me and got on with his job , he left the site and had cleaned all up , very pleased would highly recommend him to anyone 👍

On a Saturday evening, we noticed that our external drain had begun to overflow a little. We rang Dyno-Rod as we knew it as a trusted brand. The 'phone was answered quickly, the total price of call-out and work agreed, and an engineer (Matthew) was with us within 1 1/2 hours. He did a first class, thorough job including a endoscope view of the length of the cleared pipe work at the end of the visit. As we had guests staying with us at the time, we were relieved and delighted with the whole process.

Fast, efficient, arrived on time, really friendly as my 3yr old was obsessed to watch the "poo superhero" save us and asked lots of questions

They answered the phone promptly. They spoke the Kings English- we were able to converse without having to repeat what we were saying to each other. They gave a time to arrive and arrived at the allotted time. Did the job and left. Perfect. Worth every penny and a 90 day guarantee.

From initial call to customer service to our engineer Matthew coming out to fix it and finish up was about 3 hours. Amazing!

Great experience. The engineer had to try multiple things but eventually he cleared the drain. He clearly explained what he was doing throughout.
Steep price but necessary and professional service.
