Good communication about times. Unfortunately the first appointment resulted in a non starting compressor so we had to rebook but obviously not technicians fault. Very fast and efficient service, I had an engineer out within a day. The price was communicated clearly and I had great pre-service contact from the company and the technician. He took the time to explain the issue, rectify it and then give advice for aftercare. We will definitely use Dyno-Rod again if needed in the future.

Good outcome, but...
Very positive experience in having outside drain unblocked. Staff member very professional. However - it is disappointing that on quick analysis of the drain, I was charged the full £190.00 for an 8 minute intervention and then told it would have cost the same if he had stayed for 2-3 hours. If he was able to establish this early on then it might have been more fair to charge a cursory small callout fee.

Blocked Hidden drain located
Called Dyno-rod came out next day to find a covered up drain that was blocked they used a camera ,and located the drain and where I needed to be excavating . Saved me a load of guess work they was bang on .
