Online shopping with Dunelm!! Just don’t do it!! Take your money , confirm your order, then an hour later tell you your item is not available!! AT ALL. So you have to wait for a refund whilst buying elsewhere.. should say if unavailable before taking money as have to wait a week for refund whilst you've had to spend again somewhere else . Very bad online shopping. This has happened 4 times very recently

Hands down the worst DIY experience of my life, was like going back 30 years, unreadable instructions, baffling sequence meant two separate pieces end up broken, mainly because it's made of what can only be described as reformed sawdust. Worst thing is I bought an entire bedroom set and have to glue together another 3 of these disgracefully poor units. Would never shop here again - cheap garbage.

We visited Dunelm in Trowbridge to kit out a couple of rooms we are re purposing. A great selection that allowed us to do our entire shop in one go : curtains, voile, bed settee, cushions, artificial flowers indoor and out, sheets, quilt covers, mirror, light pull, other bits and bobs ... helpful staff as well. A one stop shop for many home items.

One A2 bolt missing for a garden chair which is unuseable until you send a bolt!
Shopping online hassle free, delivery service was very good, shame about the lack of Quality Control with self assembly products.

Let down by their courier.

Dunelm itself was good in this case it was their courier DHL that let them down. Paid for express delivery to be delivered on Sat 29th Aug, message from DHL was it will be delivered next working day I:E Tuesday 1st Sep. Which means rearranging my diary so that I'm going to be at home.

Dunelm customer service were good they arranged a refund of the delivery charge but it does have me thinking about not using companies who use DHL

We visited Dunelm Oxford yesterday. Bank holiday Sunday, the store was busy, but the staff were wonderful - after home renovations, we had quite the shopping list - A very special thank you to Denise who helped us in the Dorma department, gave us some great advice and tips and also helped us navigate the self service till - A wondeful shopping experience - Thanks again Denise 🙌

Ordered mixed selection of items for collection, and available on time. However, the whole order was handed over as an armful of items - no bag or box, which would have been helpful.
Happy with the items tyhemselves.

The staff at my local Dunelm in Darlington went out of their way to help me with an order. They were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Well done them!!.

Easy to use website, excellent service and prompt delivery. Good quality bedsets, wash well.

Terrible delivery system. Delivery people do not arrive when they say they will. Then when they do, they leave it where there is a clear sign not to, and also say it was signed for when it was not. They lie, and don't care. Never use them again.

Replaced Dorma silk pillowcase after two years of use. (No quibble) The stitching on the pillowcases had come away in several places. Despatched replacements in two days. Very impressed. Thank you.

The customer support for the online chat was very good but it took 45 minutes and all I needed was a return label. Unacceptable. Please take a leaf out of eg Amazon

I placed my order, which was due to arrive on Fri 21st Aug. I still have not received my order on 30th Aug.
I missed the first delivery which came on 24th Aug and rearranged it for 26th. No communication about the status of my order or when it will be delivered.
Very disappointed.

my parcel had been lost by Evri and Katie W. was extremely helpful in a speedy solution of sending out a replacement on express delivery. i am very thankful for the quick, efficient and helpful customer service, very impressive - thank you so much for your help!!
