Dunelm was efficient in getting our order to us and at unbeatable prices.

I ordered 2 bar stools online, delivery was on a date chosen and I was given a timeslot and call before delivery took place. When we were putting the stools together we discovered a small tear underneath one of the chairs. Customer service was excellent, we were offered a discount (which we would have accepted had it not been fabric, which I fear would have got worse with use), refund, or replacement. We chose replacement and the damaged chair was collected at the same time the new one was delivered, delivery men were excellent as was customer service. We are very happy with our purchase

Product not arrived

The conduct of the staff was unsatisfactory, as they appeared disengaged and unhelpful. Furthermore, the customer service experience was equally subpar. Consequently, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Great experience in Dunelm Croydon valley retail park. Me and my wife took a long time deciding on a rug for the living room, even leaving the store and coming back. One of the sales reps Stewart(Stuart) helped massively. All round general customer service, getting the rug down, good Sense of human and helped keep the kids entertained. All round great job 👏🏽

It's nice you spend time browsing through their furniture, imagining how items will look in your home, going to your local store as showing in stock, arriving to be told they don't have it but it can be at another store in two hours, pay for the items, go home for a brew and there it comes. The email telling you it's completely out of stock and they will issue a refund. This has happened before and the refund took ages.

Never again Dunelm, you have lost a customer for life. Amazon sell most of what you sell and it arrives in days without a hassle.

Good choice of curtain material. Quantity not available in store but assistant ordered online and delivered promptly.

We went to Trowbridge Dunelm to buy some made to measure curtains. Aisha, who served us, was efficient, patient and kind. She patiently helped us while we changed our minds a few times and checked and rechecked our measurements. Aisha made the whole process a pleasure!

I ordered 4 things, 3 arrived. Their email is "no reply" so I had to wait 45 minutes to deal with a customer service agent by live chat. At first the agent essentially accused me of lying about the missing item, sending me a photo of a parcel that's only about 40 cm long left on my doorstep when I told him the thing that was missing was the 1 metre item. There is no way he could think all 4 items were in that parcel. And besides, I don't like being accused of lying - why the hell would I try to lie about a block of foam anyway? In the end, I am told they'll send another one out by Friday. If it turns up I'll increase the stars but 45 minutes of my time wasted by an online order yet again.

The single sheet I ordered was perfect and delivered promptly and well packaged.

Once again Dunelm has come up trumps!!
The items I purchased for my New Ensuite were perfect and good value.

Awaiting email regarding rug collection, finally received notification that the item is now not available for collection and they are unable to tell me when !
20 minute hold for customer service, can’t be any worse

What a pleasant surprise bought 4 teacups and assistant Diane wrapped cups in tissue paper to protect them a little bit like old times She is a.credit to the store very pleasant and helpful which makes shopping more enjoyable
