Dunelm Arvostelua 

I felt very let down on this occasion. I ordered cream towels and received ivory, couldn't be bothered to return them so put them in the charity bag. Very disappointed.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy

DonT know about the quality of the product i am writing this review because of an customer called Kerrie who ignored and tutted at me which was appalling

Bought a bed from Dunelm as it's quicker delivery times than what the rest of places I looked online for we're delivering as I needed one fast put the bed together recently seems good so far recommended

Are Dunelm preparing to close their doors?
Cheltenham store, what a terrible demise of what was once a flagship example of Dunelm.
Nobody with any knowledge on the curtain section, the rug department looks like it was ready for the tip. Gaps in the stock, rugs hanging off rails, had to step over rugs on the floor to get around.
Nobody on the checkout., checkout area look like an earthquake zone.
Staff dejected and sounded like they were ready to be fired.
If I had shares in Dunelm I would have sold them by the time I got home.
A great pity.

The paint I ordered,5tins were very well packed in cardboard boxes with secure packaging and the tins wrapped in plastic to make sure no leakage. Excellent

Parcel sent i dont know where but the GPS is not my house or near it. Stuck in a queue for ages to resolve. Don't use.

Nice things to buy but unfortunately the customer service was awful.

I went to the returns desk with my husband to return something, which I understand was not actually eligible for return. That’s fine, these things happen. What really bothered me was the way the sales assistant dealt with it. Instead of simply explaining that I couldn’t return it, she laughed at my husband and I.

It was rude, unnecessary and honestly quite embarrassing. It may have been a small interaction to her, but it genuinely affected me and left a really bad impression.

It doesn’t cost anything to be kind, especially when you’re being paid to deal with customers. A little bit of basic courtesy would have gone a long way.

Waited 2 weeks for delivery of a cot mattress, when it arrived it was obviously the wrong item (a planter) so didn't accept delivery - was told Dunelm will be in touch (which never happened) reached out a few days later to someone via live chat who arranged a replacement there and then (so nothing had been actioned previously) but now have to wait another 2 weeks (so 1 month in total) with no apology and needed myself to reach out to organise it and sit in a live chat queue for 30 minutes.

Kept informed of expected delivery and was delivered rapidly and within the specified time frame

Absolutely terrible Customer Service. I ordered multiple items of furniture and was not given option to select delivery date. They advised it would be delivered on the Monday and had a hospital appt. I requested through Dunelm Customer Service that they change the date. They said they would, but they didn't. The delivery obviously failed. It wasnre-arranged for the Wednesday. Only after they took some items in did they tell me that they were missing one of the boxes for the storage shelves and that the sideboard was missing. The dining table leg was faulty. Delivery was rescheduled for today and I was given a timeframe in which it would be delivered. It was then cancelled last minute this morning. After calling them they advised they 'couldn't find the items in time' so they just didn't bother to. I do not have one item of usable furniture. I contacted Dunelm Customer Services team to cancel the order and they were extremely unhelpful. They advised that the items could not be collected on the same day and that I would need to have further multiple appointments just to get rid of these items. She also kept calling me by the wrong name, despite being corrected. I am now having to contact them again to try and get these items collected in one appointment. I won't be using Dunelm again.

Product is very poor. Had to send first one back because there were marks on it, it looked secondhand. Received a replacement. It’s been down for two weeks and looks awful, big ridges where it’s been walked on. Would not recommend.

The sofas are fantastic.
Delivery went smoothly and on time. The men were great , polite and placed furniture where I asked. Very thoughtful . Kept me up To date every step of the way.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago for bedding, it was to arrive in 2 parcels the first parcel arrived and the second parcel was out for delivery for over 2 weeks, I contacted Evri who said the parcel would be delivered once located, eventually I contacted dunelm and with no hesitation they said they would resend my order and received it the next day, excellent customer service and very quickly resolved!

I am a regular shopper in Dunelm around the north east of England. I use the Sunderland Hylton Retail Park Store very often and I’ve been fortunate enough to meet Susan a few times at this store while at the checkouts.
This lady is such an asset to the team here. I have had a few issues, wrong size storage box, forgotten to pick up 2 of a certain item, price checks etc …Susan is available to help with any questions and has often gone to collect what I’ve forgotten, checked prices changed sizes for me. This lady cannot help and assist enough, shes so lovely and both helpful & pleasant. Such a pleasure meeting you Susan, keep up the good work.

Easy to order in store and delivered on time. The only negative is the length the of cord on the roller blind. Would be helpful if you could have the option of a longer cird.
