The payment(s) taken will be for the amount (“Arranged Amount”) when the coins in your subscription are being prepared and shipped to your delivery address. The Arranged Amount and the frequency of each issue are explained to you when you placed your order at our website (“Arrangement”).

If we are unable to collect the Arranged Amount we will still process your order. An invoice requesting for payment to be made will be sent to your address. If you are in financial difficulties, we will show forbearance and attempt to agree a suitable alternative Arrangement.

If your circumstances change and you will have insufficient funds in your account on the Payment Date to make the Arranged Payment, or if you are experiencing financial difficulties, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can discuss the options available to you.

If our attempt to collect the Arranged Amount fails for any reason, you will not be charged any fee by us or your bank for this failure.

You can tell us at any time that you want to cancel the CPA by:

Calling us on 1800 937 321 at any time up to 5pm on the day before we are due to collect the agreed amount
Emailing us at minimum of 7 days before we are due to collect the agreed amount or
Writing to us at Freepost, Perigord House, Damastown Industrial Estate, Dublin 16 a minimum of 7 days before we are due to collect the agreed amount.
You can also cancel your CPA by calling your bank or the card issuer.

Please note that if you cancel the CPA, you will still need to repay the balance outstanding on your account and you will need to arrange an alternative method of repayment with us.

im collecting coins the past few months now with dublin mint office i ordered 5 coins to the value of 15,490 my account says first coin was shipped on may 30th and other set was sent on june6th they then never arrived finally got through to agent that looks after my account and the coins never even left dublin mint office but they did make it up and cleared my out standing bill and sending me free gift but i spend alot of money with them is is different to big spenders ????

I just received my Michael Collin's Medal today, im very happy with it. Good quality, lovely booklet came along with the coins to fit them into with some information about the history of the irish free state.
Very happy with my purchase, will be completing my collection.

Unfortunately I have previously spent money with this company. Disgusting business model, pestering phone calls, terrible customer service, rude staff. AVOID, the quality of the coins are very bad also with fake Irish national coins, insulting. Embarassed I ever went near them. (follow up to your response: my issue is not resolved despite your claim. You have also confirmed this in an email today that you have 'escalated' it to your director, hence you are outwardly not telling the truth on a public forum)

Be very careful with this company, if you don't want the coins. Returning them is not as simple as it seems. They don't send out the return postage slips. They send letters threatening you with debt collectors and keep adding money to the bill. Avoid if you don't want hassle.

Recently I purchase the 35th anniversary silver eagle 2021 (premium set).

Firstly I'm not sure what's so premium about them they are not proof atal.

Secondly the mintage numbers is well over exaggerated 999 world wide where Did e get that number from?

Finally my favourite part did someone eat a tub of chicken before man handling the dollars into the capsule because the finger prints are everywhere on the new design dollar and on the capsule it say brilliantly UNC.
Feel like they tried to scam me very unprofessional, be aware.

i had seen the post for a free elvis coin that i only had to pay for postage , i wanted this coin for my very ill mother who liked elvis to cheer her up in her trying days .i was under the impression that dublin mint was the govenment department who provide the currency to ireland & and was giving out free coins to any irish citzens .
i realised after talking to someone this is not the case
i do not want any other coins as i been told by a friend that you may have to buy more i do not wish get any coins . i have sent an email to the mint office within 1 hour of me giving my email and address for the free coin to cancel the request for the elvis coin and any further transactions with this company as the ad says no further comitments was on the ad .
i do hope some will contact me as i did contact them within 1 hour ,

I went online here to order two different coins and both times I received confirmation in minutes,and they send you a proper respectful warm thank you ,you feel good when your treated well at the end of buying something anywhere! I am still getting letters harassing me for payment even though the items were returned weeks ago. Please fix this is have contacted you 3 separate times about this.

This is a scam I have sent back the coin and I'm still getting bill from the dublin mint office, late payment fees it's gone up to €43.90 , they're bad news guys avoid. 😡
