Excellent service

Service wasn't bad, but was pestered time and again from this company. I had to block them in the end.

I returned a coin 14/7 which they received 16/7. (Tracked and confirmed receipt in email) I awaited my refund to my bank. Bank details forwarded 28/7 after several emails with Laura. No refund.
Several emails ignored asking for update. Today 7/8 still not transferred to refund. Still no reply to emails. And now cannot even phone them because line under maintenance.
When will I get my refund?

Actually just heard the company has gone into administration BUT

You often get great welcome deals from these people.....however you cannot then get rid of them, marketing mail, then phone calls using a 3rd party number company so no matter how many numbers you block or how many times you ask to be removed from the database the calls keep coming

The company fails to fulfill orders and disregards complaints; they ship ordered goods to the wrong address and dismiss complaints by citing technical issues. You have to file a claim with financial institutions in the UK to get a refund for installments charged for unfulfilled orders. I do not recommend them! Give them a wide berth!

The gentleman on the telephone is ALWAYS extremely helpful, pleasant and NEVER pushy.

The LMO sent me some coins that I never ordered, so I require my money back and I would like to make a complaint. I phoned the LMO 4 times today for a returns label, but an automated message said their system was shut for maintenance? I exspect the LMO are acting incompentally against many of their customers.

If I could put minus stars I would,, they sent a coin out I didn’t order, then got a phone call asking for the money for it, nope didn’t want it or order it, but please get customer service to ring me (as couldn’t be transferred at the time) phone call never happened, then got a letter asking for money, nope I’ve now sent the unwanted coin back + still no phone call, another letter today asking for money + extra for overdue payment!! and also if I don’t pay soon I’ll get more overdue fines and potentially referred to debt specialists!!! Tried to ring customer service but got cut off after automated message saying there’s ’updates’ ,, how do I get London Mint to stop asking for payment for something I didn’t want and have since sent back,,, absolutely atrocious behaviour from this company, my advice is avoid at all costs. Look forward to the response from this!
