I have been looking for a place to rent using this website more than a week ago. After sending all my enqury no one has ever contacted me!
I don't understand how this website exist?
As it completely pointless!
Even if it's free to use! It doesn't help at all!

Wonderful website....seller was so helpful with choices offered...took out the time to send pictures of items. Fast, speedy delivery. Items exactly as described. Would definitely buy from again

I ordered two of the eye correcting glasses but I only received one, I contacted them and let them know.

They responded back very quickly and sent the other pair right away Great customer service.

My wife has been using the glasses now for about 2 weeks and said she sees a difference when she has them on.

They actually work the muscles behind your eye it's like working out so you only can have them on for about 10 minutes or so in the beginning so you don't get headaches.

Then you can increase the time over time as you strengthen your eyes but so far so good my wife is happy with them.

I ordered a replacement gear selector for my wife's 7 speed bicycle and the last tracking notice said item was in CA and USPS had not picked it up. I have emailed the company or notified them of non-delivery at least 5 times and no one gets back to me. I work for the federal government in procurements so I am very familiar with receiving packages from.overseas, but this is inexcusable. I now have to file a complaint with the Federal Trade commission, my bank and the International Trade Association and wouldn't need to go there if I cou or d just get my money refunded....been 45 days since order was placed and 30 days since trackable movement stopped.

I ordered a retro camera case for Sony A5000 to be delivered to the UK. First of all the price was £8.53 which is amazing given that the product does not look cheap and is completely functional. The shipping cost was around £4 - £5 pounds for standard delivery, which I think is decent too. The only slight problem I had was with tracking and delivery. The tracking available on their website was inaccurate and the translation of order status from Chinese to English was difficult to understand. However, the product did arrive after 2 weeks which I think is again good given that it was a cheap product shipped from China on a standard delivery and I had expected at least a month to pass until it arrived. So, I would definitely recommend this product and website for anyone looking for cheap but good quality products. However, ordering anything above £20 (without shipping cost included) would be a risk not worth taking in my opinion. Additionally, the customer service was decent. I emailed them about tracking and they emailed me back quickly with appropriate information. I say appropriate information because after the package arrives at the airport in China, DSStyles don't have control over tracking or shipping.

I ordered a camera case nearly 2 months ago, and it has still no arrived, despite paying a lot for postage. They advised me that it takes longer during the Xmas busy period, it is now middle of January and still no product! I have requested a full refund if it does not arrive in the next few days. Very disappointed!

I ordered a phone cover from their on-line items, but the item was out of stock. I wanted to have the phone cover asap so that I can protect my phone. However I got a replacement since the item was out of stock and they suggested one with better price, not knowing if it is actually better product or not.

Unfortunately, the replacement did not fit to my phone and I wanted to get other item. The representative replied that if I return the item she will send me other item without the information of their return policy. I sent it back to the return shipping address next day without the package tracking number because the shipping cost was more the product. When I informed her about no tracking number, she insisted they are not responsible if my item was arrived or not. I have shipped packages to the oversea and my packages never lost without tracking number. So I realized she did not want to give me the replacement. At that point, I just asked for a full refund.

I waited for 2 weeks in case to give her chance to reply me that they received the package. I sent an email to check if they received my package, but no response. So, I had to dispute my purchase with my credit company to get at least the price of the merchandise. I lost the shipping cost of almost the price of the item I paid. Although I made a mistake by return the item without waiting for the return procedure, the company is not honest about their business practice.

1. The company did not update the out of stock items even after several weeks past knowing that the item was out of stock. So the customer have to go through the replacement procedure intentionally.
2. The company did not reimburse the full amount including return shipping cost.
3. The company tried to avoid any cost if it is all possible, by not informing the return policy when asked for a refund.

I would not recommend to anyone to do business with this company. If you find the item you'd like, please try to find it from other companies, for you will find the same items from the other supply companies.

I ordered from dstyles some phone clip-on lenses. They kindly informed me that the style on offer was not available, but offered me a very similar alternative for the same price. Although hesitant I asked for this product to be ordered and I was a very happy customer! The product was exactly what I wanted and is really good quality. The customer service was excellent and the product came in good time. Thanks dstyles!

When I first received my case and put it on my phone 5 of the crystals popped off. The crystals continued to fall off.... I paid over $200 for this damn thing. I contacted the company about it. Anthony responded and told me that if I leave a good review here he would send me replacement crystals (he said the competition was leaving bad reviews) I left a nice review. All he sent me was glue. I sent him an email informing him I did not receive the crystals. It has been over two months, no response. Bad product and bad service.

The glass mug I ordered was poorly packaged. The mug itself was wrapped in tissue paper, then a thin layer of bubble wrap, and placed in a thin corrugated box. Another layer of bubble wrap and the mailing package was an unpadded plastic mailing bag. Of course, the mug did not make it through the shipping process.

DS styles processed my order twice and charged me twice, I emailed them to inform them and not process the 2nd order but they take more than 4 days to respond to emails, so by then they had shipped the item. The only way to get money back is to ship the product back to China which is more than the product costs.. After numerous emails ( of which most were ignored) they offered the refund as long as i put a positive review on this website and others, then let them know and they will refund. Guess what No refund, so double scammed, one for my money and the other to give a positive review.. AVOID!!!

I purchased from DSStyles on two different occasions. Both we for cases for Samsung smart phones, and they arrived in about 2 weeks for each. Also included were free styluses (I think that is the plural form of stylus), as well as 10% off coupons. I was hesitant about DsStyles when I initially ordered, a their reviews are not the greatest, but all I can say is it went very well. I received communication on shipment information, etc., in a timely manner and the product arrived as quick as it could from Hong Kong. I would recommend DsStyles (at least with regards to Samsung phone cases) to anyone.

I clearly stated on my order form, if the item did not fit onto my product, not to send it. they sent it without testing. I was told not a problem, they would refund and no need to send back (to china). 3 weeks later i am being told they will not refund unless i send back under my wallet(postage is more than the product). Not impressed and would not suggest to anyone. Poor service.
Once posting this poor review I have attained there full attention and been contacted by the manager. He has apologized for a screw up on their staffs behalf and i have now received a full refund. Still not hugely impressed that i had to spend a lot of my time getting to this stage to then be offered 10% discount on my next purchase....A bit more training required.

All positive reviews are fake and have been posted by the scam website DS styles.
Through some thorough investigation, and some common sense, I have discovered that these thieves at DS styles are fluffing their own reviews.

Their products are fake and all you will get is a priority mail letter with a note claiming a shipping delay.

I spent $95 on two cases, and I received a working tracking number two days later. When the priority mail arrived, I didn't even need to open it to know I got scammed, because it was just a flat letter carrier.

There was just a photocopy inside stating in poor grammar that the product will be delayed in shipping. No contact information, no emails returned. Forced to seek reimbursement thru bank or paypal.
IF YOU WANT PROOF, I can provide it.

Its tough, build good and protects your phone to the max, but the only thing i got a problem with it i couldn't get a good signal with it its like being in a house with a tin roof on it .

I purchased goods on 2nd september expected delivery 18th september. it is now october 2nd and nothing. also no replies from my emails and their order status page for my items say they haven't even left he country. it also says expected delivery 18th september... errrr.

way to steal my money and not reply to my emails. hopeles....
