If I could give no stars then I would
If I could give no stars then I would. I usually don’t write negative reviews as I give the supplier or hotel a chance to put things right as sometimes mistakes happen.
Please go on popular hotel booking websites to see other reviews. As they were not on trustpilot and I feel I owe it to anyone thinking of staying at any of their properties to not waste their time or money.
We couldn’t stay at their property as even though the pictures looked pretty good it was run down with a strong smell of damp and visible mould.
Customer service was great before we arrived then took a nonchalant tone once we complained. We had to book a last minute replacement hotel. So avoid this company and their property in Porto called Algeria.

Dear BB,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and please accept our sincere apologies. The condition you found upon arrival did not meet the standard we set for our properties, and we understand how disappointing and stressful it must have been to arrange a last-minute replacement.
We're also sorry that our communication after your complaint fell short. You deserved the same care and attention you received before your stay, and we have shared your feedback with our team.
This was an isolated situation, and we took it seriously. Following your stay, we immediately addressed these situations. We're confident guests today will find it very different from what you experienced.
If you would like to discuss this further, please contact us directly. We would welcome the chance to make things right.
Kind regards,
D&S team
