My Drivetime representative was great
My Drivetime representative was great. But after purchasing the car engine light came on after 3 days after. On way to take car to shop wheel almost came completely off car. I thought Drivetime was a recommendable dealership. I'm still with out a car to drive.

Purchased a car end of July and it has been in the shop more than in my possession. It is one thing after another and currently has been in the shop for over a month straight. have spoken to several "managers", I use that term loosely as none of them act or speak like actual managers and they tell us there is nothing they can do for us. Couldn't return the car during the initial 5-day window as it was at the shop. Absolutely horrible experience

Yea its easy to get a car here but I got a car a few years ago an the whole time it was in the shop had to pay a car note an didnt even have it then I give them another chance an now the car I have haven't even had it a year an the axels suspension controlarms are all no good went to 2 different places to have it looked at and both places told me that everything they found wrong with it was already there before I got it i myself had to even replace the motor mounts 3minths after i had it now im stuck with the car that their silverrock dosent want to fix an they dont care I DONT NOT RECOMMEND DRIVE TIME EVERY AGAIN..I thought they were better then this
