The customer service not all on you just giving your customer service telling you the different prices different deals which way to go or buy the car helped a lot I see they talk about drive time a lot but I had a good experience I've seen other car dealership at that bad experience but this one here I had pretty nice time keep up the good work

we had a great experience with drive time we got there by 11 o’clock. You guys just opened up. We were looking at vehicles and the sale person waited and then came out to talk to us so she was not in a rush and she was taking her time and listening to us of what we want. We got the car and it runs great. We’ll always come back to drive time. This is a second car with them and the sale person she was wonderful.

This place is the worse. I brought a 2022 GMC on Oct5,2026 and on Oct 6,2026 the check engine light came on and I was told to take it down the street to get it looked at. Needless to say I returned the car immediately. the saleperson had nothing to say couldn't even look me in the face but I made it very clear to her that you sold me a lemon and she said nothing. If this place is your only option, you would be better of catching the bus. trust me stay away.

The process was great. Just wished the sales person would point out damage to the vehicle prior to selling. And damage to vehicles drive time is selling would note that on paperwork so the buyer would be aware that there is damage prior to buying, instead of realizing the issues later days after purchase. But all in all drive time company is awesome on giving people seconds chances on purchasing a newer vehicle

Are you still in Woodbridge, VA? Purchased a vehicle in May 2026 the staff put me in the SUV of my dreams. I truly appreciated staff for allowing me to have access of any vehicle without a co-signer and the rest is history. Nothing but regular maintenance and my Chevy runs top notch.
