The vehicle has four different kinds of tires which is unsafe. I also asked to have the car cleaned which I shouldn’t have had to ask and even after I asked the only thing that was done was the tires were shined . The car wasn’t cleaned. I could hardly see through the windows vibe said they were so dirty and had to clean them myself. The vehicle pulls to the right and also has a vibration when stopping most likely needing front brakes .

I purchased a 2016 Kia Cadenza in August of this year in one week I had to get my battery replaced two weeks later my brakes and rotors were need changing I took it to Firestone they recommended brakes and rotors service they sent pictures but drive time say they need more pictures mind u I have one vehicle they suggested that I rent a car take it back for further pictures for simple brake and rotor job I will not buy from them anymore if they would've did their inspection they could caught this and I would not be in this situation they don't honour warranty do not buy from them

I have purchased 2 cars from here. The first time my salesman was Ron. He was awesome and went above and beyond to make my purchase as smooth as it could be. He did everything to keep me in the loop during the process. The second car was with salesman Jordan who followed in Ron's footsteps on how he treated me. I won't use any other dealership than the Kia Store on Preston Hwy.

Very supportive staff. The process was easy, paperwork was completed within a short time frame and staff was welcoming. Test drove several cars till I found the perfect car for me. I gave the entire process five stars definitely would recommend. Qualified zero down just needed to get insurance and drove right off the lot. Thank You Tania.

Everything went wrong. Scheduled a visit to Columbus taking 2 days off work. When I arrived the girl had called off. Then 5 hours later to find out she was new and didn't tell me I needed canceled checks for income. I find the car I like and after days and days of calls and no phone calls. I finally reach someone I called him the day of and reinforced the day I was coming. When arriving, the battery had been changed out because it sat so long. When I got home I found out the rear tire cap was seized and down to 24 pounds. The mechanic which I paid told me there was a patch and done incorrectly along with damaged aluminum rim from prior owner hitting a curb. AND not to mention the car wouldn't start and after hours and hours and Hours that I had to go to an approved mechanic and it could be there for days and guess what no rental car. Done paid all my money for the deposit WHICH CHANGED magically from 1500 to 1645. After speaking with another drivetime GM he helped me navigate and now tomorrow hopefully Hyundai will fix with no out of pocket costs. Oh and don't forget Columbus has NO GM. Guess that answers all my problems questions.

C'mon Drivetime. Not sure if I will return but we shall see how this all goes.

Went in to purchase another car. Was greeted by the light skinned lady. First thing she said was because you have a car with us already you’ll need a co-signer.i thought it was rude because we were coming to look at a Honda but changed my mind. Took our business to Toyota across the street and got approved for a brand new car. I will never do business with this location again .

It was fast and friendly. Colt was our salesperson and he was awesome.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Silverado from the dealership on 59 in Houston. In less than a week it was in the shop for a catalytic converter. They had my truck for a week!!!! The key mod broke the wiper motor is out so it doesn’t work on high and now it’s feels like my transmission is about to fall out! This truck is a lemon and I’ll never go to drive time again! I understand why it’s so easy to get now and the engine smells like something I burning so that’s another issue. I am not spending another dime on this truck they can come pick it up! Oh and by the way I’ve only had the truck since July of this year 🤦🏾‍♂️

My husband went down to drive time in fort wayne to find a vehicle and less than 30 days ago he got a 2019 Hyundai Tucson throwen at him then they said u have 30 days if anything is wrong with it we will fix it ...the next day he called them the wheel was ready to fall off the tire shop said man u are lucky u didn't loss a tire and all struts we junk all had to be replace then the cadillac converter showed up bad and o2 sensor what was it the upper one the intake sensor... his suv has been in the shop 3 tines since thursday thats only 4 days ..now we found out from the shop today it has 3 recalls and a voltage problem drive time and the warranty company denied the claim to fix it ..he just bought this Tucson on 9/18/2026 not even 30 days ago then someone at drive time put a 5 star review on there site in my husband's name it was not my husband.so don't go to drive time for a vehicle now on Wednesday it has to go glenbrook hyundai to have 3 recalls fixed and be put on diagnostic machine to fix voltage problem just to run diagnostic is $218.00 then the cost of parts and labor on top of it..please don't go to drive time .. we are getting a lawyer because this ain't right

Everything went as advertised. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They were not pushy, answered all of my questions, and allowed me the space to make a decision.
