Good experience
Drinkstuff quickly responded to my complaint about the quality of the cocktail shaker and refunded it. Excellent customer service, giving me several good options and acting very promptly. I recommend the company.
Drinkstuff did a good job getting the order to us in good time and good condition. Ordering on the website was simple and straightforward. And the small martini glasses are just what we wanted. We had had some in the USA, but couldn’t find them over here. They’re great: solid, well made glasses. BUT! The cocktail shaker we bought is useless. It leaks when you shake it and it pours horribly: only half of it ends up in the glass! A cocktail shaker only has two jobs: shake and pour, and this fails at both. So 0/10 for one product, but the rest was great.

Dear customer,
Thank you for leaving your Trustpilot review.
We are so sorry to read your comments on the delivery service, this is not the experience we wish for you to have had.
It appears there had been some delays with the third-party courier used which we deeply apologise for - please do always get in touch with a member of the Drinkstuff team as we would have been happy to look into this further for you.
I can see this has since been delivered.
I will also be in touch to ensure that everything arrived safely.
