Ordered over a weekend a delay but that was down to your courier. The product is great, exactly what I wanted and I will make another order in the future. There was an issue with delivery - the box had been standing in water the cardboard soggy a disaster in the making but in the end nothing broken.

I needed a long list of items for a cocktail party. I was able to get everything from here which saved me ordering from several different places. They have a great range of products at different price points. I’ve also used them for some very expensive posh wine glasses for Xmas. Delivery is super quick and it’s just an easy experience from ordering to receiving. This is now my first place I come to for anything bar/drink/party related

If I could give this a ‘0’, I would!! The ONLY reason I am rating this is as a ‘1’ is because there isn’t an option to give it a ‘0’, so let’s base this review on the fact that it is a ‘0’.

As I have absolutely NOTHING positive to say about this company apart from how nice as their stuff may seem, however this is the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of encountering and I would not recommend them at all due to how absolutely appallingly my order has been handled by the company and their so-called ‘supplier’!

I purchased a mini bar from Drinkstuff in July 2026. A few days later, I get told that their supplier doesn’t deliver to Northern Ireland and that they would have to arrange the courrier themselves so I thought ‘fair enough’ and I thought nothing of it. I advised I would be on holiday for 10 days and that there was no rush to book a courrier. However after I came back from my holiday, time went by and I heard absolutely nothing from them and I had to chase them up to find out what was going on. They eventually booked a courrier and then the courrier failed to deliver on the date that was scheduled and I had to get in touch with the courrier again to find out what was going on. It turned out there some ‘miscommunication’ between certain staff and it was rescheduled again. This time it did eventually turn up and as it did, to my utmost horror, the mirror part of the bar was cracked and was in no fit state to be assembled! It turned out that was not even packed properly and the box it came in, was not even marked as fragile! Nothing was written on the box whatsoever to indicate this! It was packed by a total bunch of idiots who have no common sense at all! The mirror part was apparently only wrapped in cardboard and there was no strong protective material such as bubble wrap around it! I don’t know what idiots their supplier hires but some people need sacking from their job if they can’t even use common sense to wrap things properly! I have now constantly been in touch with Drinkstuff to find out how exactly they intend to resolve this issue and they had the audacity to offer me a substitute which was just a plain mirror and it looks nothing like the one I had ordered because it turned out that the bar that I had ordered had been discontinued!

In view of the fact that I paid more than £500 for the mini bar and the fact that it contained a mirror, I would have expected that my order should have been treated with utmost professionalism and delicacy, however this whole experience was the complete contrary to any of that! It has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish and if you are thinking about purchasing merchandise from this company, run like the wind! They have absolutely no idea how to manage the logistics and just because I happen to live in Northern Ireland, should not have been an issue. I have been a customer of many other companies who have had no issue at all of shipping things to Northern Ireland! If they can do it, then so should they! Even if I had lived in the mainland UK and it was some hundreds of miles apart, they would still have had to handle the logistics of getting it to my address! NO excuse for any of this!!

Very good customer service and competitive prices. Free DPD delivery on orders over £100 so received one hour delivery window. Very useful.
