Good selection of beds. Great personalised advice from Philip who was also experienced and very patient.

I enjoyed the time taking to really see which mattress was right for me.

My experience at DREAMs was very positive, the shop was very clean, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. And I loved the sleep match technology bed which helped me find the right mattress

Staff were friendly and helped me to make a good choice, paperwork was done quickly and mattress was delivered a week later.

Visited shop in Clapham; used their machine for testing the best mattress; staff were extremely helpful (Philip especially). The testing machine seems like a gimmick but we still decided to buy the recommended mattress and it has been amazing.

The delivery has been smooth and easy, they sent the time slot a week in advance and delivered on time.

I had excellent in store customer service from Oilatan who was knowledgeable prompt and very corteous making my shopping a really smooth and enjoyable experience. I am very very happy with my new mattress

The mattress so good the way it was demonstrated it was very good.

We ordered our sofa and were told 4 to 6 weeks,we made an advance payment of £900.
Soon after, we received an email confirming the delivery is planned for the following month.
Just before delivery we were told it was going to be at a later date as the sofa was coming from Brazil,Now try to convince me that Dreams did not know about the delay until 48 hours before delivery. From Brazil !!!!
Called their their number multiple times to confirm the new delivery date but every single time I had "45" calls ahead of me. Tried to use the Chat service but was asked to wait or leave and they will email/text me back me back Of course it did not happen.
I emailed them the same day but had no reply
Went to Dreams, Clapham where we bought the sofa and spoke to the same gentleman who sold it to us.He said he would call us back, but never did.He was all sweet and nice as always.
In the following days, we then received an email apologizing. We were told that nothing can be done and delivery is now arriving at a later date, and were offered £100 compensation, which you have taken back now.
Leading up to the new delivery date, we received a call. No message left, and another where the caller put down the phone. We gave 3 numbers for you but you chose one number with one call, no text message, no email, nothing.
I tried many times calling you back and found I was number 45 in line.
Amazing this 45 number.
Once again, attempted the chat Service and was instructed to hold, and finally I had to give up.
I then went into Dreams portal and looked closer, and found out that the delivery date is AGREED on purchase.Agreed with who? No idea but certainly not with us. did not look at their portal!
I then emailed them pointing to the above and asked for a refund.
To my surprise, I received an almost immediate email telling me that the order is canceled and the refund will be done in 5 days minus the compensation agreed.
In the email itself there were no apologies or even try to ask me to be patient or any of that.
The speed of reply and the cancellation made me feel that it was all planned ahead, from the first day we bought the sofa.
They kept our money for over two months, they probably kept other people’s money for interest or to invest somewhere else.
Their web page proudly states UK made but I have it in writing from them that the sofa was made in Brazil hence the delays.
For anyone who is planning to buy any items from Dreams I suggest you try the following which is simple.

Try to call and when you fail, try to use the Chat service and when you fail again, try to email them.
I will not give my opinion about this company and will leave it for the reader to judge,
I will contact the Citizens advice and the FCA though and will be reporting them.

We needed a new mattress, so as usual, we went to John Lewis to look at their selection. While the assistant was showing us the beds, they asked where we had purchased our last mattress. I suddenly remembered it was from Dreams. So, we left John Lewis to check out Dreams.
We were so pleased with the whole experience at Dreams, just like before. The staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They also had a great bed testing machine.

The young man deal with my order proffessionally and make it so easy to get all done .

Visited one of the Dreams showrooms in Clapham. As I walked in I was welcomed by a member of the staff that guided me to where I can find what I am looking for and left me to look around at my own pace. They have a wide range of products, and special editions exclusive to Dreams which was tempting to pick from.
Staff were available to answer my questions and give me advice. they encouraged me to try the mattress in the shop and take my time to choose without trying to sell or rush me.
The only set back is that their delivery dates were in 2 weeks time.
Communication before the delivery date was very clear as I received a message and email with the time slot of delivery. the delivery men called me on the day of delivery and specified the expected time of delivery. They were punctual, careful and efficient at placing the mattress in my selected room.
