Excellent service

The store advisor was responsive to my health needs regarding comfort and stability of bed and sourced appropriate mattress and bed base for me

Well worth it!

Doing most of my shopping online, I almost brought a mattress online and I’m very glad I didn’t. I went to the Clapham store and Philip was extremely helpful in finding me my ideal mattress. I went on the machine they had in store which does a body scan to recommend best matches, and afterwards Philip recommended some to test out and I ended up choosing one which I wouldn’t have thought to try. I had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery but it was well worth it! The delivery was to my room upstairs which helped a lot. The mattress is extremely comfortable and I’m very happy with it. Definitely recommend them for mattress purchases.

not happy with attitude of guys bringing mattresses to house, ? how far they had to go, unable to take old one away as i had not booked that due to being unsure if new one would fit, on contacing dreams told nothing they could do done as a courtesy???. sorted it out via lambeth council who where very helpful, unlike dreams.
