Dreams - Acton Arvostelua 

Unfortunately the ottoman ex-display bed needs a third repair. Three slats have either come off or are broken for the second time. Dreams customer service said we could have a new bed to the value of this one, but unfortunately the ones with proper re-enforcement or that look as nice as our one, will take 12 weeks to come.

The customer service lady said we could not have a repair as well as a replacement, but the bed won’t last 12 weeks. In addition, the stronger ottomans cost £200 more as a King size. I contacted the escalations team who helped resolve the issue last time, but 5 workings days later he hasn’t responded. I usually only get a response once I leave a negative, accurate review on here. Please can you help and advise us once again?

Staff were great. I was shown so many options. Offered tea and coffee and water multiple times. The staff were very helpful and the process was really quick too.

From the sales team to the delivery 🚚 team, who were friendly professionals who were helpful they even wore overshoes, when entering my property 👍 my delivery team were Sam & James , very good 👌

Sales Staff could not have been more helpful and nicer , delivery guy was on time and cheerful , altogether a brilliant experience dealing with Dreams and i will do again .

I bought a bed frame 3 weeks ago from dreams Acton branch . on first attempt delivery driver could not find the address even though I gave the correct address.
they managed to delivered on one week later and put together.
I found that one of the drawer is damaged.
I would like to update my review as my issue has been address and sorted out immediately

My old mattress use to really hurt my lower back and with doing physical work it was bad. But Lynda at Dreams ask me what I wanted, I told her the firmest mattress you sell.

Just wanted to write a review about Linda from the Dreams Acton store. It's rare these days that store staff actually have the time to quite literally walk you around each and every item you want to look at. And, on top of that be able to knowledgeably answer your questions. Linda did both today and must have spent 30 minutes with my flatmate and I. I walked out with enough information to order the right mattress for me which I will be doing later. Also, for anyone visiting the 'Find your mattress' machine they have in store is brilliant. Thanks Linda, you were beyond helpful!!

Delivery of mattress was on time and politely and professionally done, and the mattress is wonderful

Everything was fine apart from the mattress being too hard so swapped for a softer one, had the delivery yesterday so I'll see how it goes but fairly happy with the whole shopping experience and the delivery times and being kept informed throughout

Excellent service and a great comfortable mattress

Everything on time, service at the shop was incredible! Bed is of fantastic quality and 3 x bed tables were already mantled (not like with Ikea or any other when you need to spend an additional day to mantle). Big thank you, Dreams!
