The reason for my current rating and this feedback concerns the quality of the incoming calls and the resulting impact on the monthly incentive structure. The majority of inbound calls do not consist of revenue-generating exchanges or refunds. Instead, calls are predominantly composed of necessary "service work," such as general complaints, reservation investigations, and minor inquiries that do not generate proper points. This high volume of essential support work consumes a significant amount of time and effort, but contributes minimally toward the required monthly target point threshold.

This dynamic often makes meeting the required payment mark a frustrating chore, leading to the feeling that the effort for the whole month is fruitless or wasted if the goal is narrowly missed. While some colleagues consistently achieve the mark, this is often a factor of lead allocation and luck rather than a difference in effort.

I am committed to meeting all performance targets; however, if there is an opportunity to review and potentially adjust the payment scheme, perhaps by incorporating a base compensation component for handling necessary service work, it would be a significant morale boost.

There are a lot of room to improve the soft wear

I appreciate all the training that equipped me with technical skills and market knowledge to become an effective freelancer. I am a bit disappointed, though, when we fail to come up with cheaper or discounted options, and my leads end up purchasing their tickets from other sources or directly with the airline because our options were expensive.

I remember looking for a remote job in LinkedIn and came across dream port. I just applied for it, honestly I was sceptical about it but I just went for it , Now I get a good income and have been able to enjoy life.

The company refunded my money that got returned from payoneer, also, I have an amazing supervisor and the sme team responds promptly when you need their help. But the compensation plan can be improved.

The information-packed materials for the various models were very educative and helpful and that made my experience great. The company is doing well with spreading their tentacles across people from different parts of the world and giving them equal opportunities to bring their expertise on board.

I loved the explanations provided by the website as it was useful throughout my training period till now.

So far, everything has been great.

Great team and team heads.

It is my first sales Job experience, did look tough at first, but as I got to keep growing in the company, i started to enjoy the Job more. My communication skills improved rapidly. The job of a sales man is definitely not easy , but with accommodating supervisors, you can’t have it better. One thing I can testify about is I’m better than I was 5 months ago.

Overall, it's a great experience I learned a lot from it great job!

Well, I haven't started the live jobs, I am currently under the training phase. I have how ever been reading reviews online just to get an idea what l was getting into exactly. So far, the programme has been good and professional. But l can't help but doubt the commission-based pay will be as promised from the programme

I'd love a response from the Dreamport team just to ensure that the training and dedication of all the time required to complete the course will be worth while
