Dreamport has a good training and learning platforms but when it comes to the job and payment package, they are users of men. You will go through the training and even start working eight hours a day burning your data, light, and productive time and at the end of the month you get nothing if you don't make sales.
Secondly, even when you manage to make a sale, they will still tell you that your GP is low and therefore will deduct your commission. Personal experience, I made a sale of over $2,000 with $300 markup on the ticket and at the end of the month I was paid $8. This is the height of modern day slavery and wickedness.

Dreamport is not a platform that can help anyone grow career wise unless they changed their wicked polices.

Well i had a rather short tempered supervisor after graduating from Junior team and he would yell at us and use curse works like are you f**king stupid, or you know nothing, or your similar. It was a high anxiety experience during shifts and asking for help was difficult because you could get yelled at in the google meet team meeting in earshot of everyone else.

Forced to work eight hours without pay is slavery! Most reviews are invited and I believe they are forced to leave positive one!

I like that Dreamport is a space that really promotes growth and rewards effort and is timely in that.
I also like the fact that my project manager has always been so present.
However, i would really love to see more growth in terms of new opportunities within the company that are also better.
Communication should also be done on it in good time.

Thanks for giving a platform. Providing opportunities for people around the world is a great chance to grow. I would love more hands on approach to learning how to sell and learning how the system works.

The process is smooth. helpful seniors to guide you on every step. everything is perfect barring the payout date if have to be extremely critical about it. I wish the payout date would have been 15th of every month. 25th of the month makes it difficult to navigate the month.

Dreamport has been a supportive platform for me as a new agent. The tools, training, and flexible schedule make it a solid place to grow in the travel business. The support team is responsive, and the work structure is easy to follow.

I like the training material, the guidance and mentorship of my Supervisor and Manager. I like the system and technical part too but what I didn't like is the rules of asking solid choices etc. Sometimes it didn't made any sense to ask about it but still I did as it was rule but I would say this was for maintaining the workflow. Another think which I didn't likes was the leads as the leads were totally useless and it was extremely tough to close a sale from a lead in Bonus Queue. If I write a simple review that would be Dreamport doesn't let newcomers to rise and earn a potential income at the beginning of few month maybe 4-6 after that an agent might earn a good income from it. My overall experience was good as I learned so much here and I'm not regretful to join it.

The training seems good, but I couldn't help but notice a number of red flags.
1. Why are they always recruiting?? Says so much about turn over rate.
2. The positive reviews on here are from " invited" accounts. Can I see genuine good reviews?
3. Dishonesty. Ticket Prices advertised are different from actual prices. Training says it takes about 2 weeks but takes way longer. Certificates issued don't have actual trainee name.
4. So many complaints about Payoneer.
5. I feel like they take so much personal information of which there is no policy to guarantee to personal data safety and protection.
I have committed so much time and personal information but based on what I've noticed do far and reviews on here, I make the decision not to move forward. So many things don't seem right with this " company".
6. Live nesting is hella long, requires 8 hours everyday for about 2 weeks and all that is unpaid, and you will still end up underpaid even after all of this struggle. If the arrangement works for you, go ahead but be sure you'll get disappointed.

Believe the negative reviews you see on here because they are from real people. Don't waste your time and resources please. You're going to end up at a dead end after so much pressure in live nesting.

My experience with Dreamport has been both challenging and inspiring. The platform is very well structured and provides detailed, realistic training for future travel managers . I really appreciated the quality of the modules, the live sessions, and the constant feedback from the team - everything feels professional and focused on growth.

I completed all my modules 100%, and although I didn’t pass the Day 2 and Day 3 Pre-Live Assessments,and unfortunately my account will be deactivated. I learned so much about client communication, time management, and the travel industry. It was intense, but truly rewarding.

I think Dreamport could improve by giving a bit more guidance and feedback before the final assessments - some parts were tough to manage for new trainees. But overall, this experience helped me grow both professionally and personally.

I truly hope to get another opportunity to collaborate with Dreamport again in the near future, because I believe in their vision and I’m determined to come back stronger.
