Many courses the refresh my previous experience and the ease of use

Dreamport has helped me becoming financial independent by making a good income but the only drawback is it doesn't have the basic income because last month i had no invoice even though i dedicated my precious hours when i was preparing for my final semester exams.

What made my experience great while working with Dreamport was the supportive team environment, the hands-on learning opportunities, and the chance to interact with real clients while improving my communication and sales skills. I also appreciated the guidance from supervisors, which made me feel valued and motivated.

The trainers, team leader and supervisors are great people and always there to support and guide.

Initially, it was a big struggle going through the training with Dreamport. Especially moving from one agency to another. I have heard several people say several senseless things about Dreamport, but all those are from irresponsible, unproductive, and lazy people who want to be paid for being inefficient and unfruitful.

I am glad I stayed through the training and am proud to be one of the proud employees of Dreamport

The management and the organisational structure, especially with Oojo.com, are unmatchable and exceptional. I have seen the greatest minds I have met in my life in Dreamport and am grateful for this.

They’ll promise you a promotion, but the “promotion” is actually a move to the lead generation department. Your job will be to call companies RETURN and ask if they have any travel plans but you won’t get even one genuine prospect. They’ll keep sending you recycled leads over and over, and the moment you finally find a potential lead..boom! you’re terminated.

it was a whole new exciting experience in the aviation world. From the training to the on the job learning to the polite staffs. It was a awesome experience

I started from scratch, knew nothing about flight industry. Dreamport trained me and gave me the opportunity to earn. It has been different since then. I am really happy I came across Dreamport.

Please NEVER join this company to save you time and efforts. The company doesn't support you and will treat you like a disposable item. I dedicated a lot of my time to the training to be qualified for the position. However, when I ran into issues with my payment account, I sent so many emails asking for help from the team. However, all I received were just auto-reply emails, which proved no help. To escalate the matter, Dreamport immediately decided to terminate the contract with me instead of helping me resolve it. This disregard of people's time and efforts is unacceptable.
THIS COMPANY IS NOT MORAL AND NOT WORTH A TRY.

The work environment also is great.

I spent an entire month training with Dreamport, staying fully committed to every task and module. I consistently completed my work on time, remained on pace with the rest of the trainees, and made every effort to attend live sessions — despite facing occasional internet issues due to time zone differences and late-night schedules in my country.

What’s most disappointing is being dropped at the very end of training, during the nesting phase, based on claims that I missed important live sessions. While I may have disconnected a few times due to network problems, I was always catching up and completing all tasks. In fact, many of the modules covered in live nesting were already taught earlier in the training, and I was fully familiar with them.

It’s incredibly discouraging to dedicate time, energy, and personal sacrifice — even giving up time with friends and family — only to be dismissed without compensation or proper consideration of individual circumstances.

I believe in fairness and transparency, and unfortunately, I did not feel supported during the most critical part of the training. I hope Dreamport reviews its policies to better accommodate committed trainees who face real-life challenges, especially those working remotely across different time zones.

I have grown as a person and professionally because of the enabling environment at Dreamport. My supervisors have always been available and supportive. There's also ongoing training and resources to empower us to do our job.

It is great platform for assisting our client in a professional way. Make them smile and secure travels need.

My experience has been fantastic.
What I love the most is that we are categorized into an amazing team, with exceptional supervisors to guide and groom us into excellent agents.

this concept of work from from home is most loving part of it plus its a rewarding job , just iy you could give 100 % of the tip part to at least 6months old agents that will be good ,please look at it if you can make a clause where an tenure agent can get 100% of tip that would be great ,rest am loving to be a part of ASAPtickets

Everyone is so friendly and everything is so in order.

I am usually not one to write reviews but felt the need to warn people out there. Please look for other remote jobs out there and not Dreamport. It is a complete waste of time. I tried it myself and wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy.

EDIT: I have nothing else to say to you, I wrote this review to warn people, no hard feelings against you. I just don't think its fair to be wasting people's time.
