My experience with Dreamport has been amazing, the team is supportive and knowledgeable. I've had little to no technical difficulties, platform is open to communicate across all nessaccary departments, continued learning is encouraged. All in all the opportunity has been greatly appreciated.

The members of the committee were really great and accommodating.

Hace 3 dias entre para capacitacion en vivo supuestamente para mi entrenamiento en vivo y el al dia 4 ya no me dieron mas acceso, escribi a mi supervisora y a todos los correos de dreamport para ver que paso con mi entrenamiento y nadie responde! osea todo esto es una farsa! estafa! perdida de tiempo perdi 2 semans viendo la capacitacion virtual para que al final , cuando llegue a la capacitacion en vivo me hagan esto!! horror!

My experience so far has been great because dreamport has given me a platform that helps me constantly challenge myself by hitting set targets, multitasking, improve social relationships. Through this platform i have learnt a lot, I also receive my pay as at when due, my supervisor is so assisting

Dreamport is a scam they wasted half an year of me, I beg you to better save your time either way, you'll definitely regret. They don't respond if anything wrong happens, they expell you for no reason and they keep hiring new people everyday. So be wise with your decisions and never sign up.

In general the experience was good , kids had fun, lovely balls pool, we had some issues with the tickets , the customer service online its poor , but location was great . Thank you

Dreamport is a very good company for beginners with zero experience. I started working here as ITM 5 months ago now there are a lot of things I know. Supervisors here are very supportive and friendly. If you are beginner or looking for job or experience you must take a look at dreamport.

Having a great supervisor that helps me believe more in myself, The team is amazing that keeps me on my feet regularly.

I completed and submitted all required deliverables for Dreamport’s assessment, yet I was given 0/500 for “Did the candidate complete the task in full?” — which falsely implies that nothing was completed.

The only issue mentioned was a minor, temporary internet speed fluctuation (~3 Mbps). Even if that requirement was not met at that exact moment, assigning 0/500 for task completion is completely disproportionate and ignores all other correctly completed requirements.

After spending an entire week on this assessment and being told I was in the top 95%, this outcome feels unfair, misleading, and lacking transparency. Candidates should be aware that substantial effort can be disregarded entirely due to rigid and questionable scoring.

A very flexible working environment: where you are aided in growing your skills and learning even more new things be from your team members( the teams make it easier) and even the Supervisors that are always there to help with any problem one can encounter.

What made my experience with Dreamport great is the level of support and clarity provided throughout the process. As a newer agent, I found the training and guidance very helpful in building confidence and understanding real world travel scenarios. The company does a great job in maintaining structured workflows, clear communication, professional standards. It's a place where agents are encouraged to improve and deliver quality service.

A great experience. I have gained a lot of knowledge about the travel industry since I started working here. Also support from the seniors make it easier.

I believe a base salary would be the best. however small it is rather than basing payment strictly on commission.

The supervisors are good, the system (CMS) works well.

I reaally like this job. because it gives you opportunity to work online so you dont have to waste ur time on the way. and about working hours is very good you can choose ur working hours.
