DPF Fixer Arvostelua

Arrived as scheduled the technician Liam was very professional and helpful by keeping me informed of all his findings and carried out an excellent job I would highly recommend DPF Fixer to anyone requiring that type of work on their vehicle

Very quick and efficient service
Split pipe replaced and full DPF flush was carried out - very happy

Great company they sorted my issues within a few hours, very polite engineer!

Couldn't recommend highly enough, I called the evening before and they sent one of there engineers out (Kerian) the next morning and within the hour it was done and running beautifully again, so happy and pleased with this service, they email you all the details and really friendly. Thank you so much!

My van is running better than ever brilliant job done would use again

Upon calling these up, I knew that my Oil Ash level was high and that would need to be cleaned off, Upon investigating, I had found that this could only be done by performing an off car clean, after having a conversation with the sales staff (and then the engineer) both had said that the on car chemicals they use will work on the Oil Ash .. The engineer came out and simply reset the ECU to show it was at 0l -- I am now having to continuously perform regens every 250KM instead of the usual 500-800KM .. I have raised a complaint with them to ask for my money back , as the call was recorded, I asked for that to be investigated .. I haven't heard anything back since the complaint was raised over a week ago ... They are all very quick to take your money,. but not so much to actually fix the issue I'm having.

I now have to take the time and effort to get this done separately.

Soon as I spoke to company regarding my car they were quick attentive and gave me a quote , what the work would be done and had a driver out next day

Cancelled appointment 1st appointment ,turned up at 2nd didnt get a regen done properly he didn't have right tools to do the job then said he would come back and finish the job , as advertised you should get a full diagnostic report I GOT NOTHING so £150 down the drain and still in the same position . I would advise not to USE DPF FIXER as they don't do what they say im still waiting for report ,all I got was a receipt for coming out to me . Wouldn't give refund just a date that fitted in with there schedule that would of made 3 appointments. Save your money and time don't use them you will regret it .

Really great work , for my car Mr.Adaml, has done amazing work , explained each and every problem clearly and told me what to fix after reading the diagnotics code , he is so friendly staff and worked on my car as he looked after his car, customer focus and dedication.I honestly trust your sincere work , thanks a lot.

First time round they came round, after they left checked the cameras at the front of the house and saw that they didnt do anything to the car had to complain for them to come around and actually clean.

Exactly what you said you would do
Great work
On time
Made everything easy for me
1st class recommend

The operative arrived on time, he also gave us prior notice of his arrival time, did an excellent job, very informative, couldn't fault him or his work! Highly recommend him/them!

Although I have some defects that require sorting the dpf clean has significantly improved the running of my Jaguar
The smoke test highlighted a fault with the egr valve which would have been difficult to diagnose without completely stripping. The booking process was easy although slight confusion over start time. The overall test results were comprehensive.

The engineer named “Ioan” from DFP Fixer was so helpful and very helpful and especially knowledgeable with solving my engine warning ⚠️ light on the dashboard of my Mercedes Benz C250 AMG Sport CDI diesel engine.
After diagnosing the problem he flushed my DPF with his instruments and successfully cleared the fault code.
My car now has more acceleration and is not running sluggish anymore.
“Ioan” the engineer also helped me with another car that I have and identified the problem with that one and did a quick simple repair and now that vehicle has more power.
I would certainly recommend the service of the DPF Fixer to anyone who has the yellow engine warning light showing on their dashboard, don’t use your main dealer unless you are under warranty otherwise use the “DPF Fixer company” like I did and you will be glad you did and save yourself a lot of money.
I’m awarding “Ioan” and “ DPF Fixer” a 10 out of 10.

They where so nice, they came later in the day but they was so helpful and funny and nice and explained things well to me! Thank you!

Amazing service! Helped explain the process and was there the next day to clean the filter - couldn’t have asked for anything more!

I was informed by a mechanic that I needed a new DPF which costs £1000 plus so I was over the moon when this company fixed the issue for £400. Definitely recommend!
