DPF Fixer Arvostelua

My Experience with DPF Fixer – Unsatisfactory Service

I contacted DPF Fixer because my vehicle was going into limp mode and displaying a DPF warning light. I relied on their expertise to identify and fix the problem.

Their engineer's diagnostic check identified potential underlying issues, including airflow problems and lack of turbo pressure detection. Despite these findings, he proceeded with the DPF cleaning without explaining the results or warning me of possible underlying faults.

Unfortunately, the cleaning did not resolve the original problem, and my vehicle continued experiencing the same symptoms despite the engineer reassuring me the car was fixed.

I am also disappointed with the engineer's lack of communication. He failed to explain the diagnostic findings, work carried out or recommendations.

Customers should receive an email before work begins, clearly outlining the proposed work, diagnostic findings, any additional faults identified and associated costs. This would provide transparency and allow customers to make informed decisions.

I had to seek further assistance from my own mechanic, resulting in additional inconvenience.

Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied. I paid DPF Fixer to resolve a specific problem, but it remained unresolved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Toby arrived on time did a fantastic job, very professional in the way he went about his work, he explained what he'd done, we'd definitely use them again if needed.

BANG ON. The car is running fantastic now. The engineer was brilliant, he has helped me sooo much. Thank you.

The whole process was painless from start to finish. From the initial call everything was explained and when the engineer, Igor, arrived he explained exactly what would happen. He was very polite individual who knew his stuff. I wish I didn’t have to go through the process but I was dealt with very professionally and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family should they encounter the same issues - a great job, very well done 👏

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very professional service, easy to contact, and excellent value for money. They did a big job on my car’s DPF and provided a three-month warranty in case the problem returned.

In my experience, they are trustworthy, reliable, and 100% professional. The quality of their work was very good, and I’m happy with the service I received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional car repairs.

i BOOKED AN APOINTMENT TODAY FOR THE MORNING MY CAR BLEW UP ON WAY HOME HAD TO BE TAKEN TO OA GARAGE I AM GETTING NO REPLY TO CANCEL OR GET MY 150 DEPOSIT

Daz called ahead and arrived on time, despite the really bad conditions (heavy rain) he carried out the the work. Which involved internal checks prior to the flushing of the DPF. He flushed the system and reset the warning light. Really nice Guy who kept me informed throughout.
Great experience for me.
Thank you

Great customer service they came the morning after the phone call, explained everything about the dpf filter completely blocked, cleared it did a full diagnostic test the fuel pressure is too high so we have booked into a local garage

Cost £420 told I need 2 replace vaporiser all warning lights came back on after 4 miles total waste of time as was told I should b ok 2 do around 3 thousand miles before warning lights come back on would have been cheaper 2 have replaced vapouriser

Fantastic service

Excellent experience, the service was very fast and efficient!

Ok now I must be completely honest, Adam arrived and introduced himself and explained what he was going to do ,he ran the diagnostics and said they pointed to a fault with the DPF ,He put the cleaner in the DPF and showed me the soot coming out ,he finished the clean and cleared the codes ,he told me it should now be fine and to take it for a good run, the good run finished after 12 miles before an engine warning light came on
So I had to take it back to the garage where they found the fault, it was a split in the turbo boost pipe.

Professional and efficient, the engineer fixed my issue with no issue and I would recommend to others

I was having problems with my Range Rover Velar DPF, I had taken it to a garage who wanted charge over £5000. To repair, I called DPF fixer, Adam came out was able to resolve the issue, Adam also noticed that the air intake was tampered with and damaged to the gasket caused by the garage. I cannot thank Adam for his professionalism, expertise and very helpful he is a credit to DPF Fixer.

The engineer came on doing my car perfectly nicely clean look after the car and whatever I ask him question about the car problem in the car he answered me honestly and correct and was held a lot
Well done, thank you very much
