Quality and good price. Easy to order.
Easy website to use. Purchased a Union lockset at a good price and great communication as it was the festive period and deliveries were affected by Santa's traffic. Arrived earlier than expected and another very happy customer of mine. I've got to say, the service i got overall is greatly appreciated.

Excellent service, whilst ordering on the phone the person who i spoke with knew exactly what i wanted, unlike the 5 previous companies we tried to deal with that didnt know if the products they sold would fit a set of pvc french doors. Doorstuff will definitly be my 1st port of call in future! Highly reccomend

Thank you for your review. Sorry that you ordered the wrong handing for what you needed.
When you called we did suggest you to buy the correct handing and return the other set for a full refund. We also offered if you return the item undamaged we would then send out the correct handing with no charge. This can take some time so if you are urgent we suggest buying it first and returning for a refund later.
You were not happy with either option and asked us to send out the correct hand and trust you would return the incorrect hand. When we refused to do this you finally said you had already started adjusting them and you would sort it our yourself.

Very impressed with delivery and communication
I ordered some non-stock hinges and they delivered them way ahead of the estimated date. Product is exactly as advertised.

S3401.SES.MEC Doorcloser
The product was swiftly delivered and as described, good quality and worked perfectly. We used it to replace the previous door closer which was making the door very heavy to open and close. This door closer has made a noticeable difference and the door is much easier to open and close.

The goods have not been received as…
The goods have not been received as yet, although paid for. I initially gave a one star review, as I was concerned at not receiving the goods…I wrongly assumed that reviews would be requested only after despatch of orders. The gentleman I spoke to on ordering was extremely professional, and I fully expect that the order will be exactly as requested.

I was looking to change all my internal door handles, but they were old and i was struggling to fnd them. This Company was really helpful.
I did leave a previous review of 1 star but got the Company mixed up with some other Company.
