I purchased your special offer decking …
I purchased your special offer decking along with other items last weekend. On Tuesday I was called to be informed that the special offer decking was out of stock and there was going to be an additional cost and I would be contacted. I am very disappointed I am expected to pay more especially since then no one has contacted me apart from this 'how did we do' email.

They didn't had one specific item in stock, but they offered me relevant replacement, and the difference refund was processed quick and without any issues. Clearly recommend.

Poor timber, confusing ordering
Confusing online order system which makes you pay by metre for a click and collect product they don't actually sell by the metre. The men in the shop were jolly about it and cut everything to length, let me have the off-cuts for free and helped me carry it all out. However I should have checked the timber (PAR in various sizes) more thoroughly because when I got it home a good half of it was warped and quite difficult to work with, and two boards had splits.

It’s great to hear the team in the branch was helpful in cutting the timber and assisting you. However, we’re sorry that some of the PAR timber did not meet the expected standard. This is not what we would expect, and we’ll raise this with the team to review our quality checks.

From ordering online and telephone call following order to confirm cut lengths etc etc. Covers have been 100% on point. Polite, friendly and professional on the phone and delivery driver was exceptional. Coming at a time that suited an awkward delivery area and parking in such a way as to minimise delays.
Quality of product was as expected and glad we went with Covers over other more local companies.
Will be using again and happy to recommend.

Great service i ordered online but checked with the local depot re delivery . they were very helpful and provided a delivery date. they phoned ahead to say they had an earlier slot which was fine for me. delivery driver was curtious and timely. would definitely use again
