Timely, precise

This company got a spare part (that the original supplier omitted) to the other end of the country for me in a very timely fashion. Covering for other people's mistakes is never fun, but I feel I would not hesitate to count Doorstuff as an ally in the struggle to deliver at least what is expected by our customers. I can't praise them enough.

I purchased a door holder just…

I purchased a door holder just yesterday and it arrived today, so I installed it right away. It keeps my back door open a perfect amount—just enough for my puppy to slip through without needing to leave the door completely open. It's far more practical than a door wedge, which my mischievous puppy typically snatches and chews up.

Excellent Sichern tubular latches

I order 5 x PerryShield tubular latches as like-for-like replacements, but received 5 x Sichern tubular latches. Initially I was concerned, so contacted doorstuff.co.uk, who explained in detail why they're switching across to Sichern. I need not have worried... the Sichern was an ideal replacement and fitted perfectly. The action feels much smoother than the PerryShield ever did. Great product at a fair price - thank you.

Would highly recommend!

Erika at Doorstuff was incredibly helpful, not only helping me to identify the master lock system used on my business, but guiding me through the ordering and payment procedures. I wouldn't hesitate to use Doorstuff again!

Great company to deal with

Great company to deal with. They let us know almost immediatelly that the item we ordered was out of stock, and advised on when it would be back (it was only a couple of days delay). We really appreciate their honesty and great service.
