Domino's Pizza Arvostelua 

The vegan pizzas have got so rubbish, the new base is disgusting, tastes like paper and so thin. It doesn’t fill me up at all. And they don’t even do vegan meat alternative anymore. You have lost a valued customer as I will now have to order my vegan pizzas elsewhere like papa johns as they do normal good pizza bases and good vegan alternatives. It feels like dominoes have gone back in time in the vegan trends for no apparent reason. I am always so gutted when it is bought for me at work events. I will always actively discourage my boss from ordering here so dominoes are missing out in big corporate orders by failing to provide a good vegan option to multiple person in the office.

I will never order from them again. ordered 12 pizzas for party. All cold, extra fees. No sauces.

£14 a pizza? Fair enough. Bit pricey but it's a treat .

Minimum order £15+£3.50 delivery. Pizza now equals £18.50 and I'm going to aldi to get a weeks shopping instead!

Ordered food for delivery from Tutle hill nuneaton. Got the tracking info, and the driver drove completely the wrong way. And kept stopping outside other food places. Rang up twice got no help. When the driver finally turned up an hour later we sent him away as the food was cold as he told us he had other deliveries to make.
There’s dominos all over the place a delivery to a city 20 minutes away wouldn’t pick up my local dominos for an order.
When he drove off he had a taxi plate on the back.
Bit clear what he’s doing. And the woman on the phone was worse than rude. Laughing that our food was cold!

Riased a case with customer service and had an automated reply saying the franchise would be in touch within 5 days which never happened.

I have sent further emails with no response over the last 40 days

Our pizza arrived cold. Tracking it , I watched it go the opposite direction of my house before arriving!

Food wasn’t that nice and it left a really bad after taste in my mouth, I used to actually like it before but now I don’t as it doesn’t taste that good plus it is super expensive.

It has occurred to me that if I order directly through dominos website I get cold rubbish pizza but if I order through Just Eat I get hot good pizza!!! Dominos get your act together!! Cambourne dominos get your act together!! You have just lost another customer!

I ordered three sandwiches at the S Orange Ave Store in Orlando at 9:57 pm on 05/10. I received the order at 11.57 pm with no apologies. I think the entire order should be refunded as no one expects to order and receive your food two hours later, way past bedtime and no longer hungry after receiving barely warm sandwiches. The least they could have done was serve them hot.

The pizza is great.

I only ever have one when I’m away with work, which I can claim for.

My issue is that you never provide a proper digital receipt with the break down of what was ordered, date / time, cost etc.

At best is the email that comes through, which means you have to screenshot it. It looks like I made in MS notepad or paint. My employer can easily reject this.

Could you please start providing a proper receipt with online order via email like (from my experience) everyone else does.

I ordered a pizza at 12 pm on 13/05/2026. The driver rang me at 13:58 to say he was outside the wrong door so I told him I was coming down to get my pizza. When I arrived downstairs at the front of the building there was no pizza and no driver but I have still been charged for the pizza. I have tried twice contacting the Cowgate Store in Newcastle, the first time I was cut off when my phone died and when I charged it and tried ringing them back they didn't pick up my call. Service is terrible and even with incentives I will not be ordering from them again unless I receive a full refund for the non-delivery of my pizza.

Regularly order from Wallingford store. Last night driver couldnt be bothered to find my house so I had to collect even though I had paid extra. Food was cold, my pizza inconsistently made and the gluten free one burned. Wrote to customer services who wanted a photo on a format that would not accept replies or communications. Wasted £40 and will not use them again! Plenty of other more reliable, quality options from a franchise that has a modicum of customer service.

I have had 3 different experiences at domino's on Eastern avenue Gloucester two with delivery drivers driving to fast in the car park and nearly hitting my car. Then I go there today ask for my order 3 times not ready but that's fine. My grandson goes in asked for order they proceed to give me my order which is missing my two sauces that come with my chicken strips. Then a man called Misha come s out recording my grandson and my car and me which I asked him not to but he carried on so then my grandson jumped out of the car and proceeded to ask him to stop he is laughing at my grandson so I proceed back into the domino shop asked for the manger and area manager number as no one was available so now I'm leaving this message on trip advisor and that's no stars as far as I'm concerned many thanks

The company is a shame. Their management is one of crappiest. They bully people on a regular basis without any shame than wonder why the work morale is non existent. The management can't stand each other, so they sabotage each other, hold information back or block the processes getting standardised just because they want to hold some position in their wicked power play and because they are so damn uncomfortable with change. Then wonder why the staff is resistant. Because every single shift is different and they are fed up with having to change their way of work every single day, especially when are expected to do it in a less efficient way, yet they are pushed for unreasonably high target at the same time. Their so called health and safety manager is so incompetent that he lets people get forced to work with broken &/damaged equipments, very often without training. The maintenance is just a bad joke. Floor are flooded with equipment, no safe way to move around, people feel so damn entitled they don't look, they step in front, or worse, behind machinery ,then get surprised and angry why they get warned. They spent £6M on a machine that can't do the job because it's unsuitable for the environment and for the task, yet the GM blames everyone for the failure but himself. The delivery vehicles are dirty, muddy, their floor is wet, unsafe to enter, yet they push fresh food into them. The yard is in pathetic condition, disorganised, potential hazard in every three steps. They create such a volume of food waste that an immense colony of rats live there. But because of the burrows are just outside their fence, they refuse to act. "It's not our problem ". Seriously??? Think twice before you order anything from them.

Today, May 9, 2026, 10:00 PM, I ordered a pizza. The seller on duty who wanted to cheat me just gave me a Pepperoni pizza for some kind of top-notch price. He wanted to rip me off, but I clearly told him to give me a fair price. Then he kept the pizza for a very long time. Even though I had cooked it for him, he kept it and specifically delayed the pizza for 25 minutes. Even though it was ready and more, if I hadn't started screaming, he would have kept the pizza and this is very often the seller. He deceives people and doesn't give them pizza or demands extra money for pizza! The thief has been warmed up!

Boiled budgie wings that’s cost the earth. Paying extra just so I can actually get a sniff of cheese on a pizza. Consider Domino’s when desperate only. Bad on so many levels. Value for money is terrible, pricing laughable. One star away from total garbage and that is being generous

Changed all the delivery postcodes in Dunfermline we’ve been getting deliveries for 20 years here, so we won’t be buying any more dominoes plenty of other places glad of our money!

Very disappointing experience with Just Eat and Domino’s Portadown.

The pizza arrived burnt underneath and undercooked on top, making it inedible. I reported the issue immediately and provided details and screenshots, but my refund request was repeatedly refused.

What disappointed me most was not only the poor food quality, but also the lack of proper customer support and resolution. I paid £28.27 for food that ended up in the bin.

Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in ordering through Just Eat.
