Domino's Pizza Arvostelua 

Very disappointing experience with Just Eat and Domino’s Portadown.

The pizza arrived burnt underneath and undercooked on top, making it inedible. I reported the issue immediately and provided details and screenshots, but my refund request was repeatedly refused.

What disappointed me most was not only the poor food quality, but also the lack of proper customer support and resolution. I paid £28.27 for food that ended up in the bin.

Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in ordering through Just Eat.

Our experience with Domino’s is terrible!
Order took over 3hrs to arrive (2 large pizzas and some chicken strips). Numerous phone calls made and not answered. Had to phone from another number for them to answer. Was told the driver was outside when he wasn’t. Was told I’d been called 3 time, but I hadn’t. When food FINALLY arrived, chicken was missing.
When complained to head office, their customer service was appalling, no customer care given. Said the 35min delivery is just an estimate! Really shocking! Will NOT be ordering again.

Disgusting customer service, you pay so much money for it and when it turns up after 1hour and 20mins and the food is cold - no refund do not use get a much nicer cheaper and with good customer service elsewhere

Total rip off £42 for 3 pizzas scam at its worst.

Ordered 2 pizzas, Italian chicken pesto pizza with extra mozzarella, and hot & spicy pizza, what we got was a pizza with a ton of pesto, chillies and it was vile, the other pizza just had cheese and a few peppers on. An obvious mess up on their part. I complained and was refused a refund, apparently they need them back, why? So they can bin them?? It's 9 miles each way to the shop, what an absolute cheek. Needless to say I will not be using Dominos again! A right p@@s take.

Website is awful to navigate, no search bar. Needed to get gluten-free, bit couldn't find any options online. Ordered for collection (figured I'd just take the painful stomach hit) and then see a gluten free notice in store. Wtf.

Spent 35 minutes in quality check limbo before the pizza left the East Kilbride South Shop (not store, reclaim the language) then the driver goes to the other end of town before delivering to me. Freezing cold obviously. On the rare occasions you get a warm pizza from here the quality has declined part of that is they don't seem to let the Pizza actually cook properly and if you ask for extra sauce they seem to take that as an insult and put less sauce on it. Abysmal service. When i was younger i worked in Pizza Hut, rubbish job, but put a modicum of effort in please especially for the price which is of course a total rip off.

I ordered a pizza for delivery on the app.
I went outside at the expected time and stood for 10 minutes but no pizza.
I checked the confirmation email and for some reason it was listed as collection, I phoned the store and for a further 10 minutes they denied having received any order from me. Finally they admitted to receiving my order but wanted to charge me again for delivery even though my bank account had been debited for the full amount including delivery! When I asked for my money back I was told that it would take 3 working days at least. 0 stars would be more appropriate

Ordered x5 14” pizza and several extra dips as lot of us eating for lunch . Booked a time slot and pizza were 41 mins after time slot , no apology , then no extra dips either which were paid for . Had already left the delivery driver a 15% tip . Rang gloucester and manager didn’t seem too worried about missed part of order and said they could’ve delivered but didn’t know when? Now waiting for my dip money to be paid back into my account , would I order again? I don’t think so , so unless I picked up , lost a new customer as can’t guarantee getting my correct order as it wasn’t complicated . We tracked the delivery and can understand why they were also cold and needed all warming up .
20 days since the order and after 2 phone calls , still no refund yet for the dips I paid for that didn’t arrive and delivery driver also made a note they did t arrive

Je suis allé chez Domino's en Belgique, aux Pays-Bas et au Royaume-Uni, et je n'ai jamais eu de problème. Mais en France, impossible de commander la fameuse pizza épicée américaine, la pizza signature de Domino's. Je suis un client fidèle et très déçu.

Great pizzas,hot and well made.Driver polite and on time,warned me about chocolate on doughballs ,which were a huge disappointment marketed as cinnamon and chocolate, chocolate was plentiful but not a smell of cinnamon let alone a taste.£6 wasted.

The pizza was half raw, the service very poor. Hygiene very low. The guy in Eastleigh Dominos used a broom to clean the floor, than he prepared my pizza without wash his hands. Disgusting.

this is my 2nd time ordering from sea rd dominos in sunderland gave them bebefit ov tge doubt and same hassle gave them detailed instructions how to find me these days ppl have sat nav we have google its not hard, even spoke to driver who did not speak english did not understand a word i was saying so was wasting my breath, i am disabled so should not have to leave my home to chase a delivery driver that has ended up completly different direction from my home , if i pay for delivery i expect it to be delivered to me thats why it is called takeaway,i rang shop and they had such an attitude , told them to cancel order refund me after driver spent 20 mins trying to find me even though at 1 point was outside my home utter disgrace, asked them send me cancellation proof only to be told no cant do that , utter bullshite . I have taken ut further as i still have no conformation of cancellation and told by shop tough not our fault driver got lost, well sorry but it is its certainly not my fault employ drivers that can use a sat nav and google dont cheap out and rip off your customers,ive emailed head office ive asked bank to do a chargeback and ive reported to fraud

Pizza base not cooked properly, soggy bottom and 4.00 for the amount of chips we got is shocking and they were only luke warm.
Won’t be ordering any more .

I chose to give Dominoes Pizza another chance. Everything was as it should be and the delivery was quick to, and also much improved! Unlike last time!.

Honestly dominos used to be tasty before.
Ive just tried their new classics Italian style pizza, only thing I can say it tasted like garbage, it was doused in what they say its pesto, disgusting is what I would call it. The cheap pesto jars in lidls are delicious compared to what they put on their pizza.
I have no words, dominos has become one of the most disgusting places you can order a pizza from. The pizzas taste like Indian street food, doused in spices that do not belong anywhere near a pizza.

Rude manager very entitled thinking she's doing me a favour it's my fault is it u can't find my address yet you come multiple times the ins n outs of how you operate isn't my concern after phoning and dealing with the rude manager some two hours later they re delivered but stone cold almost as trying to teach me a lesson ie I'll show him funny though you found my house on the second attempt this is the blaby branch in Leicester also customer services said they will be in touch within 5 days they haven't

New Cheddar Store.

Firstly it's location is poor beyond words in an already frustratingly small car park with a camera.

Secondary, food, yes. It was nice and tasted as expected. The pizza felt like whole decent ingredients and wasn't dripping in oil

However THE PRICE!!!! It will make me think before going in the future as just found it a bit to expensive for a quick take away unlike local competition or take home oven.

Overall fine.
