Domino's Pizza Arvostelua 

I would give 0 stars if possible. Made a £50 order, simply 2 large pizzas and 2 sides and 1 drink and when the delivery guy turns up he has half my order and the other half left in the shop. He then proceeds to stare me in the eye and say “you want refund” no I want my £50 order please. He then stared and said nothing so I had to ring the shop, once I got through to the shop he promised to compensate me for this lack of professionalism and ruining my family meal ( let’s face it nobody wants a meal to come in 2 stages 30 minutes apart) and he promised to compensate me in chicken wings. When they delivered the food round 2 to the house his “compensation” was 4 measly singular wings … yeah “4” not even a regular side order of wings but 4 dusty lonesome chicken wings. I am furious with this branch, will never use dominos again and I hope everyone else can come across this and think “hmmm yeah, I think I’d rather tops pizza actually”
Such a poor poor poor customer service and extremely high prices when they couldn’t even get 2 pizzas and 2 sides with a drink correct…. Then fail to even deliver on the compensation. Disgusting.

The worst yet - Now an ex-customer.

I have noticed that my local Domino’s has been getting stingier with the toppings, going from a sea of toppings covering the top to islands on the sea.

I have ordered for a specific time (home delivery) only to have it arrive 20mins early before the people destined to eat it are in the house.

The last straw, the latest pizza had a burnt top… given that the conveyor belt through the oven runs at a speed that prevents over cooking I don’t know how they managed it. Obviously no quality control before it went into the box.

I live on limited disability income and a pizza delivery is supposed to be a treat, something special that is never just a whim… TOTAL FAIL!

I realise that Domino’s is probably a franchise operation and my local may not represent the brand as a whole. I am happy to go with the occasional mistake (I’m human too), but the consistency of the disappointments has finally spurred me to move on… burnt, dry and unpleasant food at that price is unacceptable.

Had a leaflet with discounted codes when we ordered last time. Tried applying the code but it says not valid for xyx and bla bla reason. Disappointed!!

Very disappointed with their customer service. Cookies were burnt and inedible. Sent a complaint. Reply was franchise will be in touch 6 weeks later no response. Not a great experience wouldn’t go back

Haven’t used Domino’s for a while and will never use them again.Ordering process a nightmare,delivery time absolute rubbish and the food,straight in the bin which judging by the taste is where it came from.

Dominos Rutherglen. I ordered a thin crust vegi volcano pizza. What I got was bland, doughy, lacking in spice; and then the bad attitude of staff seeking to evade responsibility for their failure. Very poor service.

Clearly money laundering at the Nuneaton branch. It's not a place that does pizza as I buy the pizza it declines then they say you'll receive a refund in 5-7 working days. It's a business front. Definitely needs investigating as this has happened on more than one occasion. Staff are rehearsed to tell you the payment hasn't gone through when it's already on my statement as paid. Staff sound tired and don't care either. Nuneaton Tuttle Hill branch needs investigating and shutting down.

Having used Domino's for years, don't understand some subtle but off putting changes. Website become less user friendly. A sudden charge for delivery, and although been tolerating high cost of additional's (deserts etc) become too much. So many better outlets available.

Charged me twice for the same order. It's been 3 days and I'm STILL waiting on a refund. Staff were extremely unhelpful. Been using them since 2013 but it's gone severely downhill.

My god, what has happened.. they were never great and i haven't had one for 6 years but Jesus ,that was the worst cheapest tasting piece of yak Ive ever had that someone has the cheek to call pizza.. The base like a flour and water biscuit, that has never seen yeast and honestly i think about 50p to produce really really nasty.

Orderd a pizza on the app and found it hard to change to bbq base so order it rung them up t0 change it 4min after order it but could not get them on the phone no1 would pick up and then when i did 10min later they already made the pizza and sent it out and the manager was very rude amd refused to make it better and do nothing so never got my pizza and also lost my money kinda sell shocked but never be going back worst custermor service i ever expected what is pretty sad people make mistakes

I rarely ever eat pizza so was surprised by your website full of fake prices and fake promotions that all pretty much equal half the advertised price on pizzas.

Tried to order, and the basket got wiped when switching from collect to delivery. Refilled the basket and went through the fake promo rubbish again.

Tried to pay but the page just reloaded. Did the payment go through? No confirmation? Looked in banking app and no sign there. Tried a few more times- no luck. Swapped phones and tried with a different card. Same rubbish again. 30 mins wasted and no food. Joke.

Disappointed when we were told we couldn’t swap normal cheese to vegan cheese on a ‘little’ pizza, they only had vegan options for small medium and large. All too large for my 2 year old son. I called to ask if the cheese could be swapped but was told it’s not a vegan pizza so can’t swap it. Disappointed as my son had been to a party where pizza was served and he couldn’t have any there so we promised he could have some at home for tea. I don’t see why a topping can’t be swapped to be honest even if not offered on the menu. I feel it’s just poor customer service. His dietary requirement was not available on the pizza of his choice.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered at the cheddar store the delivery driver set out on an eight minute trip and disappeared for nearly and hour. The shop insisted that he had already delivered the food, which he had not. He eventually turned up with stone cold food and missing items and the cheddar shop have informed us that they cannot do refunds, we have to contact the dominos website to see if they will refund us - really awful service, go somewhere else

Arived and was inedible.
Ordered a thin and crispy, was way too thin and burnt at edges,like a tortilla, cold and wrong order on pizza.
Called th store and apparently have no refund policy, no matter what the problem.

Ordered online to collect from Norwich West franchise. All fine apart from the fries that were cooked on the outside but cold/raw on the inside. Complained via the app who passed on my complaint to the franchise owner. Basically told I must be lying because his records show the temperature of his ovens were constant when the fries were made. No apology, no offer of a refund, no further investigation as the computer says “no”. I got back to Domino’s customer services to say I was unhappy with the service but heard nothing since. They can stick their chips as far as I’m concerned as not spending my money on a company that does not put customer satisfaction above the profit they make on a portion of fries.

Been 3 weeks now and still no resolution as promised. Something leaked on top of pizza box so it soaked through not sure what is was. Opened a case still nothing done very disappointed I had to throw pizza away. Never had issue before but true test of company when something goes wrong and how they resolve it. Will move to papa johns order 1019397446

Super disappointed. Been awhile and will never order from there again. Thin crust pizza, was super thin! Too thin! And they were light on the topping. 4 different toppings should have filled the surface... nope could see lots of cheese. Also doesn't taste right, something is off. My husband just went back to complain.... he couldn't finish a slice.
Update- My husband got a new pizza made with regular crust and they added more toppings. Apparently the thin crust gets alot of complaints, they also weigh the toppings before hand. That is why it seems like so little. The pizza was better... but still not worth the hassle.
