Domino's Pizza Arvostelua 

In the local domino's pizza shop i asked for a gluten free veggie supreme without onions or mushrooms and he said ok. I said can you put pineapple instead and he said ok. He asked what size. I said small. He said we don't do gluten free in small. I hesitated and said I'll have medium. (I really wanted small.) He said you'll have to order it online. I said I'm here in the shop and you're telling me to order online? He said it's company policy!! I've never heard anything so ridiculous...ok I won't buy one at all, and walked out. My cooker is broken but I'd rather eat bread and cheese than buy anything from domino's pizzas.

Just overpriced dough basically !

Had better pizzas from Asda cheap section.

Really disappointing experience at Domino’s #18042 on Keeamoku St. Ordered #2760 on 7/26/26 at 10:24 PM for pickup at 10:37 PM.

Waited 20+ minutes past the pickup time, and when I got the pizza it was already cold. The pepperoni, beef, and sausage also looked like they were just thrown on top after baking instead of cooked with the pizza. The taste and quality were way off.

Hope management looks into this. Not the Domino’s standard I’m used to.

Ordered from the Sheringham branch as they have just opened and they didn't disappoint. Ordered two custom pizzas and one from the menu. Delivered within the time stated on the confirmation and the pizzas were perfect!! Will definitely be ordering again, we all throughly enjoyed our pizza.

Bunch of crooks. Ordered a meal deal. They forgot the 1.5L of coke. They told me they’d refund it. Of course the did not. Domino’s, Headingley, Leeds.

Got to say made me and my partners day we took cash out and the cashier emily payed out her card , legendary

"I ordered two large pizzas for delivery through Uber Eats, which took an hour to arrive and required several calls to the store. The delivery rider called and claimed he was outside—which he was not—and told me I needed to update my address because I had given the wrong details, even though I hadn't (which I proved to him).
When the pizzas finally arrived, the boxes had been bashed about, and the pizza was lukewarm and not very pleasant. I spoke to the store again, but they didn't want to take any responsibility for the problems. However, as you can see from the receipt I received with my pizzas, it lists a collection time rather than a delivery time, along with the wrong name and address. This has to be some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a food delivery service."

pizza again come cold , delivery was take over 20 minutes !!!!

Was the worst pizza I have eat in all my life

The pizza (veggie supreme) is so good for Muslims and vegetarians.It is so yummy and cheesy. it has a physiological effect on some of its deal but look out . Some deals include apply Monday to buy a pizza if any size for £8.99 which is a steal and also what makes it bad is the risk of cross contamination and the store I go to has small spacing which makes it tight when there’s a family of 7 although it is clean with a great atmosphere. I feel like the deserve it deal may be a steal but you may ant to upgrade it all becoming £18 to £20 becoming a full pizza although it has 4 items. The staff are really kind and always have a smile on their face. it is near Westfield.bye and thank for reading

We have regularly used our local Domino’s pizza with no issue. Tonight I paid to have extra onions on my order but my pizza arrived without any onions at all.
The customer service I received upon feeding this back was extremely poor and we will not order from Domino’s again.
Really disappointing response showing that our loyal custom has not been valued at all.

DOMINOES=DISCRAMINATION AGAINST DISABLED PEOPLE IN FLATS AND UNWILLING TO HELP THEM OUT and i have an email with there response with proof will be making sure it gets shared to see how bad the organisation is

The dough was not cooked properly and at this time it is not busy so there is no reason to not be cooked properly. During the evening it is more understandable to have it not cooked completely(however still it needs to be cooked fully) but during midday it is unacceptable!

Great food, good service, friendly staff at Weymouth store.

We ordered food from Domino’s in Wyke Regis for the last evening of our holiday. We ordered in advance to collect from the store. We were so excited! We don’t have much money so this was a proper treat. We arrived and my husband went in store to collect our food. Firstly, he wasn’t acknowledged until he made a point of asking if anyone was going to serve him. When someone eventually asked what he wanted he was told one of our pizzas hadn’t been cooked! All our other food was ready. He waited for at least a further 15 minutes for the pizza to be made. We got our food back to our caravan - which was literally three minutes away by car - and our food was stone cold! The only warm item was the late pizza. Last holiday meal ruined!

Logged my complaint via Domino’s customer service whose initial reply said,

“We are very concerned to hear you were disappointed with our service and we really want to put it right. Rest assured; we will work closely with the franchisee of your local store to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.”

Received an email today asking for a screenshot of my order and any photos to helps (Lord knows what of!). Sent the screenshot as requested. Their reply was,

“Thank you for your reply. We will pass on your feedback to the local team and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards, Team Dominos”

I was shocked and disappointed with such a dismissive and poor attempt at a resolution. I went back and said I expect at least a partial refund. They replied and said they don’t do refunds on cold collection orders.

Wow! My food was cold because of the team’s terrible service. Their response was basically akin to “it is what it is” and they actually said this is our “resolution”.

It’s no resolution and clearly Domino’s does not care one bit about customer satisfaction.

What a disappointment. Won’t be using Domino’s ever again.

If I could give 0, I would.
Family round for the England game last Saturday. Ordered food, waited an hour, phoned back, re-ordered - still no food. Went to dominoes and ordered and waited. Order was wrong, items missing. 99 quid for absolute rubbish.
Got a £3.75 refund for picking it up.

I understand that you had waited a long time for the order and that you did not take photographs at the time.

Unfortunately, without photographs of the pizzas or the items being returned to the store for inspection, we are unable to evidence the missing stuffed crusts or review this further with the store.

For any future food quality or incorrect item concerns, please contact the store immediately at the time so the team can inspect the items and resolve the issue while the food is still available.

As previously advised, your delivery fee has been refunded. Please allow a few days for this to show back in your account, depending on your bank.

Chips were still frozen / not cooked

Pizza burnt, tasted bland

Guy working there could hardly speak English so couldn’t understand and didn’t seem too bothered with quality of food

Cookies was nice though

Absolutely awful got my pizza wrong didn’t answer the phone to be able to correct it then customer service told me all i can do is contact paignton branch to which i said no one answers never ever using dominos again
