Made an appointment, drove to a compound in countyside. I called to say I was onsite, he said I'll be a few minutes. 1 hour later, no one showed. I even drove down to the other site, Bubbles carwash. No van around. Wasted my fuel and 3 hours. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional outfit. Whatever company name they use. Chesham vans. Steer clear.

Bought van from here but got call on way to say battery had issue so had to go be sorted and come back another day or wait couple hours. Was happy to wait as it was fixed communication was good .Sumbi couldn't of been more helpful sorting finance. After long wait chris couldn't apologies enough

Massive selection of vehicles, guys will give you space to look around each one without pushing for a sale, will be honest and open about everything with the vehicles, and will let you bring someone with you to have them look over the vehicles as well. All prices are really good for the vehicles on offer.

Awful experience. Arrived to inspect a 7T HGV. On arrival i was told the vehicle was at another site and I should have been sent the address (clearly that hadn't happened).
Ok, no big deal.
So I drove to the other site to find the wagon running and at normal operating temperature. I asked the chap in the porta-cabin how long it had been running and he answered 5 mins. I stated that it was at normal operating temperature and he launched into a rude, loud mouthed affront that I was giving him a hard time and had really started off on the wrong foot.
'Hello! I'm, the customer here. The one with money in his pocket, that would have bought the vehicle today had you not been so bloody rude and ignorant'.

This continued, so I turned around and left without further inspection of the vehicle.
The chap clearly has zero customer skills and a chip on his shoulder the size of the Isle of Wight.

Complete waste of a morning.
Caveat Emptor.

Just to add to the above, and in the spirit of offering a fair and balanced review. The business owner has contacted me and apologised for the behaviour of his staff, he has also offered to refund the cost of transport. This has been refused, but should be recognised none the less.

Excellent customer services great prices.
Will definitely be a repeat customer.
