Utterly dissatisfied with the car thy i purchased off of these guys. Knowingly sold me a car that has blatant timing issues. Poor aftersales from their end aswell. AVOID AT ALL COST

I dealt with Ivan, amazing service provided throughout. Came on the day to just have a look at the van but gave the deposit and purchased it in the same week. Everything was explained and ran smoothly. Amazing deal. Highly recommend

A test drive was no problem. The history was provided and the whole deal was a pleasant experience.

I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience. The entire purchase was handled poorly from start to finish.

I bought a 2014 Ford Transit Custom from here, and it developed serious mechanical problems almost immediately after purchase, leaving me stranded around three hours from home.

What made the situation even worse was the lack of support. Despite being only around 19 minutes from the dealership when the van broke down, they refused to come out to help me or arrange recovery, leaving me to organise everything myself.

The dispute that followed was long, stressful and unnecessarily difficult. I spent weeks chasing updates, arguing over liability and trying to get a fair resolution. In the end, I accepted a partial goodwill payment simply to bring the matter to a close, but I am still several hundred pounds out of pocket as a result of the issues with the vehicle.

The DVLA paperwork was also not dealt with properly. Months after buying the van, I still hadn't received the V5C, meaning I couldn't tax the vehicle. The green new keeper slip didn't work either, leaving me to sort out the registration issues myself.

I was also left questioning the honesty of the business. During the dispute, I phoned the dealership and asked to speak to the owner. The person I spoke to told me his name was "Shaun". However, I later discovered the registered owner of the company is Aziz, and the emails I subsequently received were signed off as "Azz". That left me feeling misled about who I had been dealing with.

Overall, the experience cost me significant time, money and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not buy another vehicle from this dealership and would recommend others carefully consider their options before purchasing from them.

Had to sell a Transit van for a friend who had a life changing accident,called in to DMVANS Nr Great Missenden spoke to Shan and he arranged 2 employees to come and view it.It was test driven photos taken and a price offered to which I was happy,paid there and then good service.

Dealt Ivan to bought a Sprinter Van. He was lovely to deal with van as described.

I went to see Citroën Dispatch van, which i saw online. In the description it says very good condition for its age.
We travelled 200 miles with a mechanic to see the van. When we got there the windscreen was broken and the gearbox oil was leaking.
We said to the guy why this was not mentioned in the description, we've travelled so far, he said i don't care.

The only reason to mark 1 star as there is no 0 as an option. Ex fleet vans for sale which is not a problem apart of the arrogant trades behind the counter.
When pointing negatives of vehicles not mentioned in ads and photos I was asked "Are you here to make a deal "

Literally cant say enough about my positive experience at DMvans transaction was quick, helpful and without doubt is a place where quality is a priority...the van was perfect and the collection yard location absolutely beautiful on a sunny day so a great day all round

🚨 SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 🚨

I bought a van from them and within a day the ‘check engine’ warning light came on and beeped constantly. I took it straight to a mechanic who as soon as he sat in the cab said the electronics had been tampered with to temporarily disable the warning lights for sale. My mechanic said ‘it’s a rip off’.

A second mechanic said it had major failures and it wouldn’t pass an MOT so they have sold me a van not fit for purpose and hidden the fault deliberately. When I tried to take it back the owner flat out refused to acknowledge the written report from the mechanic because the light was not showing at the time (like when they sold it to me). So I took it to A THIRD MECHANIC who ran a diagnostic which revealed about 12 different faults. Some critical and major. Plus faulty brakes and oil leaking all over them.

These guys are fraudsters and scammers and operate under different names, because this has happened to so many people and they are trying to wash their atrocious presence online.

When Ivan (the guy who worked there) was showing me the van, he told me not to press the pedal too hard ‘because it was cold’. Now it’s clear that they didn’t want me to notice the knocking in the engine because of the faulty injector. They KNEW there were all these faults and they tried to hide them despite saying everything was fine with it.

When I went to the office to ask for a refund showing evidence from my mechanic and videos of the warning lights, the owner said it means nothing.

I will be taking them to court.
