Utterly dissatisfied with the car thy i purchased off of these guys. Knowingly sold me a car that has blatant timing issues. Poor aftersales from their end aswell. AVOID AT ALL COST

Friendly service with a knowledgeable salesperson!

I dealt with Chris while looking for an electric van. He was really friendly and personable and a pleasure to deal with. Ended up finding the perfect van at the right price point and the whole buying process was extremely smooth. Despite being a few hours away from me, I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again.

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service. Van went wrong after a week had to pay to get it back to them to fix it as they don’t recover vehicles was fixed for all of a few days. Then broke again we had to take it ourselves to a garage to be fixed as under warranty they would pay. But only paid half of the money and was told what do you expect from a second hand van. It now has another issue only to be told you only get to use the warranty payment once. They are rude on the phones and treated us disgusting please stay away from this joke of a company we are out of pocket now £3000 with repairs and hiring vans.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been unhappy with your experience. We do appreciate your feedback.

To clarify, your van was sold with a used vehicle warranty that covers specific components only. When a covered part failed, the warranty company did in fact pay out for the repair as per the policy. Unfortunately, not all parts are covered under such warranties, in your case the timing belt and water pump was covered , hoses in general are not covered in many warranties, particularly on a six-year-old vehicle with over 110,000 miles. This is explained in warranty terms provided.

They guys are brilliant in dealing woth customer and they are very helpful with customer and provide right information i met with crish he is good guy who give us good deal and his colleague Sumbi she is also so healthy she help to do paperwork in just 2 day and so quick
At the emd i just say they guys are so good

I Buy van from this group stay away…

I Buy van from this group stay away from them all fake words 😤 and all vans r with fake milage i both van i have spent more them 3k to repair it was Iceland vans with them
Saler men is very fake men please stay safe

Great friendly and professional service from Shaun and Ivan, communication was prompt, had a great deal, all in all I will be coming back to purchase my next van from these guys when it comes around. Highly recommend these guys 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
