We made our purchase today at the Crosshands store. We had previously visited the Cardiff store so knew what pram we wanted.
The saleswoman went over everything for us again of what was included, and were shown about the ventilation sections and that it came in different colours which we didn’t know about, so it was great to have her show us everything again.
She explained everything thoroughly from the details of the pram, to when we would receive it etc.
Very pleasant and easy shopping experience. Thank you :)

Brilliant service from here everytime I come here! Bought a pram from here 3 years ago for my little girl and definitely had to come back for my second little girl! Also had all my early private scans here and the girls made me feel so welcome❤️

Really helpful we had them swapping & changing car seats and pram bases till found the right one. Nothing was to much for them deffo recommend :)

We visited the Cardiff branch last weekend as we were interested in the new colours of the Egg 2 pram, we had our eye on the seagrass colour. When we arrived at the store we were greeted by a lovely member of staff who took us straight to the seagrass egg pram. She told us everything there was to know about the pram, how to fold it etc. She gave us the prices individually and the package and we were delighted to order that day. We would definitely recommend the Cardiff branch.

Fab service, was shown around the store in nelson and given a demonstration of the travel systems we short listed, on how small and easy they fold. We put down a deposit for a venicci whilst we were in store and served by Laura.

We have ordered a pram with the cardiff branch, but since been into the Llanelli store to decide we were 100% on the pram we had chosen and both stores were extremely helpful! Great service 😊

Brilliant experience at the Cross Hands store. Called in for an initial look and were delighted to find that there was a massive variety here. The pram we wanted came as a package with a car seat, and the upgrade option was for the exact one we wanted. We hadn’t planned to buy straight away but we did. The staff literally couldn’t do enough and were so informative, Friendly, and all round great service.

Loved going here, everyone was so nice! Prams were very affordable. Perfect place to go if you don't know much about prams staff was very helpful

Came in to Cwmbran store to show my Mam a pram we had our eyes on from another retailer, and the staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful! We had such an amazing experience from start to end we decided to buy our pram there and then!! P.s the baby powder scent through the shop is devine! X

Visited Discount Pram Centre in Crosshands on Sunday. The staff there were brilliant and very knowledgeable. They were more than willing to demonstrate how different prams work and assemble/disassemble and provided the reassurance that I was picking the right one for my needs without the pressure of upselling the more expensive ones. I walked away with a happy purchase. They are even willing to store the pram once it comes into the store until close to my due date, which is great when you are short on space at home for boxes.
Definitely recommend DPC Crosshands.
