First time parents, visiting to test out prams. Was set on one brand, but ended up going for a completely different brand. Ended up having a few questions which were all answered and even demonstrated anything we weren't sure how to do. Ended up placing an order on a bundle there and then. Also informed us of which ones had the better bundle value compared to something that was similar. Cannot complain about the customer experience, very happy so far. Hopefully continue to be happy when we pick up our order later in the year.

This is our second visit to this store. Both times we have been met by a lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Especially Dawn, who served us both times. She went out of her way to help. We tried out 5 or 6 prams and she was more than happy to show us how each one works. We noticed that she was training someone and she was doing amazing fabulous job at dealing with us whilst explaining all the steps to the new team member. Never once making us feel guilty for asking questions and being so hands on with us and her team. I really feel that she made the visit so easy and I only hope she’s there to help us the next time we visit.

Dawn in DPC in Cross Hands was lovely! No trying to do the hard up sell, just gave us clear options and showed us how all the prams we were interested in worked.

Friendly team, got free baby clothes at the end of my shopping. I felt very relaxed during the shop and the staff were so helpful. Highly recommend discount pram centre. Bought a next to me crib and Oyster twin travel system.

We had a great experience at Discount Pram Centre in Cross Hand branch. Lisa was fantastic from start to finish — very knowledgeable, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. She really put both me and my partner at ease when we were feeling overwhelmed. We truly appreciated her help and would highly recommend shopping here!

I just want to say a massive thank you to the discount pram centre Cardiff, me and my family have had a terrible and traumatic incident happen to us, we had a house fire, due to this incident we lost everything we owned and the amazing manager Hayley help us out massively we can not describe how helpful and amazing she has been we highly appreciated the help and will definitely be recommend them to everyone expecting a newborn baby 10/10 for service, staff, support, communication and friendliness

Cwmbran store

We had a brilliant experience in Cross Hands, prices were great but the service was warm and welcoming and in no way pushy. It's why we chose buy, we'll always choose good service over anything else but you also had the prices we liked so great all round! It was nice that once we'd had a demo, we could have a go with the products ourselves. 10/10

The staff at the Newport store are very helpful and friendly. Kelly who works there has gone up and above to help us solve a ongoing pushchair issue and has help us resolve it.

I would highly recommend this store. Lots of pushchair and they can help you with all your needs

Myself and my mother visited the cwmbran store today, the 3 girls in there were so helpful and friendly, they made everything so easy. Very knowledgeable about the items they had and explained everything to us thoroughly. No pressure to buy anything but we made our purchase straight away following some of their recommendations. Would highly recommend anyone to visit the Cwmbran store. Thanks so much again

First time parent in second trimester, excited to start looking at items available arrived in the Cardiff store on a quiet Monday. It was unbelievably cold in the store, staff were not bothered by customers, both were sat at the desk and asked twenty minutes after our arrival if we wanted any help. In the midst of this we had already started working items out but we were not impressed by lack of service! Will not be returning. For first time parents this is a really exciting as well as nerve wracking time, a smile would not go amiss.

Went to Cardiff DPC on 17th January, the staff were uninterested and didn’t seem to want to help, I had to ask them to show me how to fold prams and how things worked and felt I was disturbing them, fast forward to 24th Jan where I decided to travel to the Cwmbran DPC store where I had a complete different experience. Louise was incredibly helpful! Secured my dream pram and the process was seamless, Louise was very thorough and attentive showing us all the features of the pram, didn’t put pressure on us and was genuinely invested in helping. highly recommend Cwmbran store!

We have bought a pram off you first where the staff in cwmbran store was very helpful and friendly and polite then we went to have a 4d scan at the Nelson store where they were also polite we bought a 360 swivel base for the car seat and the girl that did the scan was very friendly and patient x

Friendly helpful and can't do enough to help with anything you ask plus show how to put together and fold away good knowledge of products this is our second visit yo buy as we have bought for our son and daughter in law last year and had our beautiful granddaughter and know we have bought it our daughter which she's pregnant would definitely recommend as got a good selection of stuff from strollers car seat bedding for infants clothes for baby's and plus much more good to support local
