My pram had broken earlier in the week and I arrived at discount pram centre Penarth Road with my four year old and a sleeping two year old in my arms, I was having a tough day! Lisa and Sonia showed me the stroller options and discussed pros and cons with me. Even got the stroller out the box and assembled it for me, and put it in the boot of my car! Absolutely lovely pair, couldn’t do enough to help and I am really happy with the product! Would highly recommend!

Was messed around by an online company over the past month, and as im due to give birth in 4 days i cannot fault the cross hands store! Amazing choice and range of budget needs and not to mention staff extremely friendly and helpful! Wish i would have gone there in the first place! Definitely come highly recommended

Went in to Cardiff store yesterday, asking for advice, the last served is recommending the Cybex Gold a mid range pram although, she knew we we were interested in the higher end Bugaboo. We left the store to go research the model to find a higher range cybex platinum so went back today to see this pram. The ladies in store today, same as yesterday were not knowledgeable at all on the pram we were enquiring about, they told us it had no lock so did nit clamp together, told us it did not stand and talked us out if the pram, we were shocked a higher level pram had none of the features of the cheaper model. We were also concerned re it fitting in the car, we left almost ruling out the platinum pram, but both said this tues not make sense, so we went on YouTube and found out it does have a lock- in fact two ways to secure the folded pram, it does stand! It also has an easily removed wheel to help fit on a small boot. So management - it is unacceptable that your staff do not know their products- they didn’t even know it folded both ways- well 1 of them did. You expect good advice- they don’t give it, won’t buy from this store- totally disappointed - vulnerable pregnant ladies come for independent good advice - it’s not available here.

Really helpful staff at the Cardiff branch. Thank you Lisa for all your help. Showed us in detail how to use the bugaboo donkey and wasn’t pushy. Left us to get used for it.

Me and my partner took a visit to store to buy our pram. First child so we didn’t really know what we were looking for but staff were very helpful, friendly and reassuring. Answered any questions we had and explained everything in detail so we could make the right decision on what pram was best for us. Would definitely recommend happy with our purchase.

Lovely service from the lady at Cross Hands. During first visit a few weeks ago she took us through a couple of different brands and explained the differences really clearly so we could make an informed decision. Returned to finalise purchase and she was able to knock another £50 off the original quote and arrange for delivery asap. Friendly, knowledgable and put my mind at ease for our first child.
